Once we got ahold of them, the maintenance man arrived very quickly and got the problem resolved. He even went above and beyond by helping to get the plug in solution resolved so we could watch the UFC fights on our fire stick. "Rooms were nice and clean. But most of all the customer service was amazing. I had a problem with the heat and they immediately not only apologized but switched me to another room. This is a new hotel, if you are ever in town, I highly recommend. "

"Outdoor pools were not open yet, but indoor pool was perfect for the kids. Loved having the restaurant right in the lobby and they make great margaritas you can take to the pool with you. "

"Great staff and amazing price point at the Sleep Inn at Staunton! Colleen greeted us at check-in and was extremely friendly and helpful. When we went upstairs and realized she had given us a double queen room (turned out to be due to a miscommunication from Expedia), I returned to the desk to let her know I had booked a king (per my confirmation and receipt), and she switched us without issue, as there was still one available. Our room was clean with a super comfy bed and plenty of pillows....
