With the beach now larger than it's been in years, there's plenty of room to spread out, build sandcastles, splash in the waves, or simply sit and soak it all in. The deck is your front-row seat to some of the most spectacular sunsets in all of Michigan.

📋 Important Property Notes
🐾 No Dogs Permitted — This is a POA rule for all renters. You may see dogs on the property owned by cottage owners, but pets are not permitted for rental guests. No exceptions. $500 fine.
🚭 Entire Property is Non-Smoking — This includes all outdoor areas. Smoke odor on patio furniture will result in a $500 damage fee. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the space fresh for all guests.
🎉 Event Policy — Large events and parties are not permitted. Daytime family gatherings are welcome. Evening parties, loud music, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited after 10 PM.
♿ Accessibility Note — There are 4 small steps near the driveway leading to the deck. Once on the deck, the entrance to the upper-level living area is fairly smooth and suitable for guests who prefer to remain on one level for their entire stay. The lower level is accessible via an interior staircase of approximately 20–30 steps.
