    The Space:

    Discover your ultimate four-season getaway in this beautifully cozy chalet, nestled in the heart of Mont-Blanc with rustic charm, this cozy retreat offers an unforgettable escape.



    Living Area: Bright, open-plan space with a comfortable sofa, a crackling wood-burning fireplace, a TV for entertainment, and a ceiling fan.

    Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals.

    Workspace: A quiet, dedicated workspace in the loft offers a lovely spot to catch up on emails, inspired by views of the lake.

    Bathroom: A sleek, bathroom is stocked with all the essentials for your stay.



    This chalet comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests across two bedrooms and a sofa bed:

    Bedroom 1: Two Double beds.

    Bedroom 2: One Queen bed.

    Living Room: One sofa bed.



    Guest Access:

    Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire chalet and its grounds. This includes:

    The entire two-bedroom chalet.

    Private terrace.

    Outdoor firepit.

    Access to the lake across the street

    Use of provided paddleboards and a pedal boat (life jackets are included).

    Self Check-In: Check-in is a breeze with our self-check-in system. You will receive a secure link with your access codes 24 hours before arrival. Please note that we use a secure third-party system for ID verification and guest communication.

    Pre-Arrival Requirements: Prior to receiving your access codes, you will be required to complete your pre check in form including verification, agree to the rental contract,



    Property Update: A brand-new dock has been ordered and will be installed shortly. In the meantime, we ask that you please use caution when accessing the water. Thank you for your understanding!

    Pets: Please note that we only accept dogs, with a maximum of 2 per reservation. They must be added to the reservation in advance, as a pet fee applies. If a pet is brought without being declared on the reservation, an automatic penalty of $300 per animal will be charged.



    Guests: Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted to access the chalet and its facilities. No additional visitors are allowed unless they have been declared and have paid the daily guest fee (price per person / per day).



    Interaction with Guests:

    We offer a seamless self-check-in process to give you complete privacy and flexibility during your stay. While we won't be present on the property, we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or recommendations via the messaging app to ensure you have a wonderful time.

We had scheduled a five day stay but left on day four because the stay had become unpleasant.When we arrived, the water from the faucet was yellow and rusty. We were told to let the water run because this is normal when the snow melts. However, after running the water for about 30 minutes, the bathtub drain became blocked and the tub filled with rusty water. When it was unblocked the next day, the rust had stained the bathtub.We had to buy bottled water for drinking and cooking, and on the third day we even had to go to a friend’s house to take a shower. Although the issue was reportedly fixed on day three, by then the experience was already ruined and we did not feel comfortable trusting the water quality.The sofa has large stains.We could clearly hear the neighbours’ conversations, as well as them using the outdoor jacuzzi.The host offered a 10 percent discount on a future stay, which is disappointing considering the situation. We will not be returning.

Tout a été bien manque peut-être air climatisé surtout que les chambres sont au deuxieme étage très chaud en canicule.Un lave vaisselle serait apprécié,en vacance pas toujours envie de faire la vaisselle. Ce ne sont que quelque suggestion! A par ça tout était ok. Merci !

Unsafe:The dock is not safe for use; it’s collapsing into the lake.The bottom step from the yard to the house is broken. A repair person was sent to fix it and could only remove it. He said it could not be fixed because the supports were too rotted and the entire staircase needs to be rebuilt.Pathway to the dock was difficult for athletic adults to use; steep, narrow and overgrown with greenery. Only after booking did we get notified that the driveway was steep and dangerous and they recommended that we park at the train station. Warning for those with children the rental is on a very busy streetMisleading:The listing pictures are very oldPrivate lake access is actually shared with another rental unit on the property.Some of the lake access pics are of the municipal beach (Note: the beach doesn’t allow dogs)Listed as renovated; patio furniture and bathroom were in bad shapeLocation isn’t as remote as it appears, neighbors on all sides only a few feet away. Noise of cars passing, the neighbors were quiet yet we could still hear themCustomer service hell:The property is managed by “Host Me” and is difficult to get in touch with unless you complain to VRBO so they call on your behalf.Host Me blamed the shortcomings on previous guests, the HOA, the city, the neighbors or that we just had unrealistic expectations. Still trying to get the 15% refund we were promised. They keep forgetting to process it & trying to lower the amountThere's more but I'm out of space
Yep that's what you want with kids running around. Host Me told us to just use the driveway to get to the front door instead.
