"Location is great! There’s shopping, arcade, movie theater and many wonderful restaurants and bars within walking distance. Hotel is clean and modern. Staff was really nice and friendly. Breakfast was lacking. I wouldn’t call it buffet, very basic and not too much variety."

While I am understanding that issues arise, the staff acted like this was a huge inconvience for them and wouldn't help. The pool was down and there was no communication of this prior to traveling, which I've experienced with Holiday Inn's"

Café da manhã com poucas opções mas com muito boa qualidade. Funcionários simáticos e prestativos. Apesar de falarem q eu o Wifi é pago eles me deram um código para acessar gratuitamente."
