Modern Quiet 1BR Desk & Fenced Yard by DT Moline

You don't want to miss this space! So much care has been put into the renovation of this 1 bedroom home.

Situated just south of downtown Moline, this place has refinished hardwoods, a cozy layout, and amazing character.

The Helix Midnight King bed alone is worth staying for. Plenty of backyard space, a one-car garage, impeccable landscaping and so much more.

This property is perfect for a traveling couple, a group of friends, or a single traveling nurse or business professional.

The property has so many improvements and has been set up with the guest in mind. Keypad entry on both the front and back doors for easy access. Ample parking in front of the property as well as a one-car garage. A fenced-in backyard for pet-friendly travelers.

Once inside the home, you will be greeted with stunning refinished hardwood floors and a very convenient layout. The living room is just inside the front door with a 55' inch smart TV, a sectional couch, and tons of warm light.

Just off of the living space is the one bedroom with a Helix Midnight KING mattress. One of if not the most comfortable beds you will sleep on. The bedroom has carpet and blackout curtains to ensure an amazing night's sleep.

Walk out of the bedroom and you will find the main floor bathroom. The bathroom is quite cozy but has been laid out to ensure while small, it can accommodate the group.

Come out of the bathroom and step into the kitchen. With the perfect amount of cabinet space for the home and a movable extra island, you will find the kitchen is stocked and set up with everything you could want for your stay. The pots and pans are high quality (please be sure to not use metal on them) and the home has a gas stove. A dual coffee pot / k cup Keurig is also provided for those who can't decide how they want their coffee.

Wrap around the kitchen into my favorite room in the home. It's the dining/office/game room. When I purchased this home, I was thinking about what I'd want in a room to be used as an all-purpose room. There is a hidden foldout desk that comes off the wall. A wood dining room table with four chairs that slide under the table for storage. And finally, a dart board so you can hone your bar game skills. Oh, and there is a bar cart with some glassware and a mixing kit for good measure in this room. Alcohol is not provided.

There is a basement in the property as well where the washer and dryer are. There is a half bath in this space as well.

Retreat to the backyard and you will find great landscaping, simple but elegant, and a wonderfully useable amount of space for you and your furry friends.

You will have access to the entire property

All rules of this agreement are not suggestions, they are mandatory for any guest staying on the property, and failure to adhere to them can lead to fines and/or eviction from the property without refund depending on the severity of the infringement. There will only be one warning before immediate eviction from the property.

PROPERTY ISSUES
Please contact us immediately if there are any issues during your stay. We will deal with any issues in a timely and professional manner. Please note that we cannot address issues to your satisfaction if we are notified after your stay. We can’t fix what we don’t know about.

HOUSE OPERATION
The light for the kitchen is located behind the stove. The light in the living room is a dimmable light. If you press and hold the "Light" button you can dim or brighten the light.

This is a lodging-only property. No parties are allowed in the house except if approved by the owner prior to your arrival.

The TVs are Smart TVs. You can use and log into any app you'd like on the TVs, just be sure to log out before you leave. We provide live cable using the YouTube TV app (not the YouTube app).

We offer biweekly mowing service and snow removal when snowfall is greater than 2 inches. Please be mindful to keep the yard clear of trash and pet waste so our team can be most efficient.

This is a no-smoking property. Please fully leave the grounds if you need to smoke. You may not smoke anything of any kind anywhere on the premises, inside or outside. You will be charged a $250 fee if you smoke at the property.

Please respect the quiet hours of the neighborhood between 10pm to 8am. Our neighbors help make our place safe and homey, please return the favor.

The bath products are there for you to use, but please do not take them with you. If you love them, they can be purchased online on Amazon.

We understand that every guest has a different comfort level when it comes to sleeping temperatures, and we allow you to adjust the temperature when you desire. However, we ask that you do not set the temperature below 68 degrees when cooling and move them back up to 72 during the day. This is to ensure our HVAC system runs smoothly and does nothing freeze over. If the system freezes due to the temperature being set too low for extended periods of time, it will become the guest’s responsibility to pay the repair fee which is around $200 per repair.

TRASH
Trash and recycling bins are located in the alley behind the garage. Trash comes on Tuesday. Please bring the bins to the end of the alley or the trucks will not pick them up.

If your trash becomes full, bagged trash can be disposed of in trash cans and recycling can be placed in the blue recycling bins found outside behind the garage. Do not leave excess trash on the street as the city trucks will not pick up overflowing trash or any trash that has been put in recycling bins.

PET RULES
Please do not let pets on the furniture inside or outside of the house. Any damage or excess cleaning due to your pet will result in a fee. Please pick up after your pets in the yard. When walking pets in the neighborhood, we require you keep them on a leash at ALL times.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUTS
Please observe the designated check-in and check-out times. We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late checkouts due to cleanings and scheduling, unless approved by the owner at least 24 hours prior to your arrival or departure date. A fee will be incurred if the Airbnb is not vacated by check-out time.

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
When checking out, put the towels you used on the ground, so our cleaners know what you used and don't waste water and resources cleaning unused towels. Please place towels and sheets in one pile and comforters and quilts in a separate pile.

We ask that you wash any dishes and cookware you used and make sure to clean out the coffee maker.
Make sure to shut the door and lock it behind you. Should you leave before check out time, please let us know so our cleaners can get started.

The space was comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. Clean and a beautiful property w/timely response from owner. The neighborhood did make me feel a little uncomfortablex however.
