As you know, this was abnormal. I appreciate the specificity in your comments, it will allow us to investigate and fix the deficiencies. This room is supposed to have a black-out shade to prevent light intrusion. It sounds like the Keurig was defective, I'm sorry we dropped the ball when you requested a replacement. I will have maintenance check the faucets. We keep our water heaters set in the recommended range of 120-125F in order to prevent scalding injuries while preventing bacterial growth in the water heater. Our Municipal Water System has high iron content and can temporarily turn brown for everybody in the community. Thank you for letting us know about the slow drain. Unfortunately, we did have a staff member call in sick, so the pool was closed for 1 day on the 26th. The spa employees who were not scheduled to work could not be called in because they were traveling for the holiday. We did everything we could, but we cannot require people to work when they are sick. The pool was open on the 27th, and you have full use of the spa all day. We had no opportunity to inform anybody because we didn't know until the morning of the 26th. We appreciate your understanding and are glad to hear that you enjoyed your experience at our restaurant.
