I'd certainly recommend this property, though it felt like an odd mixture of resort and motel qualities. The location and restaurant were incredible (we tried the chowder, salad, and cajun chicken fettucine - all delicious!). Likewise, the recreational facilities (pool, hot tub, small gym) were more in-line with a resort. However, our room was small and dated (1950s?) and lacked typical amenities like a minifridge. That said, I've heard some rooms have been renovated, and I saw other rooms on the website with full kitchens, so I suppose they have something for all tastes.
