"Close to airport which is what we needed. Hotel is in the middle of being updated which the room we had needs. Breakfast was average the morning we were there. Oatmeal wasn't started early enough and fruit wasn't very good."

"The front desk clerk was nice. the room was clean but musty smell and shower head needs to be replaced. It was spraying off the sides. The hotel definitely needs more staff especially in the pool area , kids were jumping in to hot tub while adults were trying to relax. Pool noodles should not be allowed in the pool, especially swinging them around. Plus older kids diving in the pool. Not sure where the parents were, but if a couple of staff personnel were there they could have said...

"I love the gentleman at the front desk when I arrived. He is very kind and professional.
The property was a mess. You didn’t have to scan your card to get into the building because that was broken. The locks on the sliding patio doors were broken.
