"The place was quite clean and spacious. Unfortunately, the heater and air conditioning thermostat malfunctioned, preventing me from getting any sleep. Our room temperature remained at a scorching 81 degrees throughout the night. I reached out to the property and they suggested we lowered it to 40-50 degrees. However, after making this adjustment, our room experienced extreme fluctuations, alternating between freezing cold and scorching hot. "

"This hotel offered a unique architecture with a giant floor to ceiling window in my room. The bar was well stocked and the food from the kitchen was fantastic. Vibe was good and the location was very convenient, close to things to do downtown."

"My boyfriend and I went for a weekend getaway and it was great. We were able to get our rooms upgraded to the top floor with the view of Lake Michigan. We added breakfast in our reservation and it was amazing, with several health choices made from scratch to you. I’d certainly go back!"

Staff sometimes were a bit slow at checking us in and also miscommunication between the staff meant they couldn’t find one of our bags we left before check out but was sorted in the end. Great location , we used the restaurant upstairs which was a nice meal "
