The Space
Why You’ll Love Staying Here
-Exclusive End Unit: Unobstructed west-facing Sunset Views with no neighbors on one side for ultimate privacy.
-Private Beach Access: No public beach access. The stairs from the large deck take you directly to sugar-white sand—no shoes required!
-FREE Beach Setup: 4 beach lounge chairs and 2 umbrellas set up daily (March–November). $100/day value. In addition, we provide 4-6 lightweight plastic Adirondack chairs that can easily be carried to the beach.
-2 Living Areas, 2 Kitchens & 2 Laundry Areas: Living areas on both the 1st and 2nd floors. Gives the kids or parents their own space. Washer and dryer on the 1st and 3rd floors.
-Ample Parking: The Driveway has 3 assigned head-in parking spaces but can fit 5-6 when vehicles are parked/stacked back to back.
-Prime Location: Walking distance to great dining, shopping, and entertainment. And views from all 4 decks that you will remember for a lifetime.

Living Areas
-Main Living Area: Spacious 2nd-floor living room with a 55" Smart TV, sleeper sofa, love seat, and recliner. Open to a beachfront deck for breathtaking Gulf views.
-Secondary Living Area: A cozy 1st-floor space that doubles as a private 4th bedroom with a sleeper sofa, 42" Smart TV, kitchen area, and stack washer-dryer. Opens to a beachfront deck.
-Access: Separate street-level door access to the Main Living area stairs and the Secondary Living area.

Bedrooms
-Master Suite: 3rd-floor King bed, blackout drapes, private Gulf-view balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a seamless glass walk-in shower and bench seating.
-Guest Suite: 3rd-floor Queen bed with an added twin bunk bed, and private bath. With a full-size washer and dryer.
-First-Level Bedroom & Living Area: 1st-floor Queen bed with a private bath and kitchen (retro-frig, sink, stove/oven, microwave). Stacked washer and dryer.

Kitchen & Dining
-Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers.
-The kitchen island opens to dining and living space for Buffet serving or Eat-in meals.
-Dining Area adjacent to the kitchen with seating for 8.

Outdoor & Beach Life
-This corner unit boasts four decks with stunning Gulf views.
-Each deck is furnished for relaxation, perfect for soaking up sunrises or unobstructed sunsets.
-A propane gas grill is provided for your use. (Please refill the propane if needed.)
-Beach Essentials
*Two daily beach setups with lounge chairs (4 total) and umbrellas (2 total). Set up daily from March–October by our beach service provider.
*Beach towels (6-8) included (please launder before leaving).
*Added 4-6 Adirondack chairs that can easily be carried to the beach.
*Complimentary boogie boards and sand toys (assortment subject to change).
*Tents and canopies are allowed (back section away from water) but discouraged on the private beach.

Important Details About Sunset Tranquility:
-Pets. We allow one small hypoallergenic dog upon payment of the pet fee and compliance with our pet addendum.
-Safety/security. The home may have:
1. Noise, smoke, and crowd detection devices in place, and/or
2. Cameras in place at the front entry and back decks/beach.
-Accessibility. There are no stairs to enter from the front driveway/parking into the 1st-floor living area and bedroom. Inside, we have stairs to the 2nd and 3rd floors, and the outside back decks have spiral stairs from floor to floor. Lastly, there are stairs from the bottom floor deck to the beach.

Additional Important Details and Notes
-Supplies: An initial 1-2 day supply of bathroom, kitchen, coffee, and laundry essentials is provided. Please bring or purchase extra for the duration of your stay.
-Damage Protection: Your reservation will include Accidental Damage protection up to $1500. No need to purchase from your booking service.
-Travel Insurance: We highly recommend travel cancellation insurance and can refer you to others for a quote. June to November is the Atlantic hurricane season, and we do not allow cancellation of refunds related to these types of unpredictable events.
-Minimum Age: 25. No parties or events.
-Guest Requirements & Screening: The host requires an ID upload for age verification, a signed rental agreement, and online check-in. Background screening may be conducted.
-Cleaning & Sanitation: Cleaning protocols follow PMI Purify with disinfecting of all high-touch surfaces. PMI Purify is a 10-step cleaning process developed with the Housekeeping Solutions Team and industry experts.

- Quiet hours from 10 PM to 7:30 am
-Please put trash in the bins provided outside. Garbage pickup is on Monday and Thursdays. They pickup very early, you might want to put the bins to the street the night before.
-We do not rent to groups under 25 years old. A parent must accompany all guests under 25 years old. You will be asked to leave without a refund or return deposit if you break this rule.
-This is a no smoking property...There is no smoking allowed in the house or on any of the outdoor decks.
-Please read the welcome and home guide prior to your arrival to become familiar with the rules and nuances of the property.
-Please be respectful of our property and leave it in as good of condition as you find it. Keep the bbq clean and bag all trash and place in receptacles in front of the house.
-No food in the Bedrooms. 
-Do not move grill -keep grill clean.
-Keep doors closed when AC is in use. Any damage to the unit will be charged to you. Leaving doors or windows open will cause AC's to freeze up and NOT WORK. Guest responsible for repairs costs.
Do not allow children to play with the blinds inside the back doors. The mechanisms are delicate. You will be charged for any damage to these mechanisms.
-Be respectful of the games and puzzles, they are there for everyone's enjoyment Please return all pieces to there proper place
-You understand that from time to time maintenance workers may need access to the unit during regular business hours. You will be notified prior to their arrival.
-Added charges if, upon departure, we find excessive dirt/sand, un-bagged trash left inside the house, furniture moved between floors, excess wear and tear to the unit or furniture, or if our TV's or devices are logged-out/unplugged for any reason. TV's and devices must be returned to the original logins and setup prior to leaving.
-$500 fee plus cleaning per rental agreement if there is evidence of smoking in the unit.
-You will be asked to leave immediately if you bring unapproved or unpaid pets into the unit with no refund and no deposit return.
-Park in assigned parking spaces only
-No wet bathing suits on furniture please.
-We provide 6 beach towels in addition to the bath towels. Do not take bath towels to the beach. Damaged or missing towels will result in a $25 charge per towel.
