We have a new Ultraviolet AC system, Dehumidifier and an Eden Pure air purifier for fresh purified air. ā€œSilver Sandsā€ at Gulfview has it all and is close to everything! Once you visit us, we know you will want to come back again and again. This 1st floor unit is the Ultimate in convenience, park next to your sliding glass doors to the living room for jumping in your car or for loading and unloading. Designated Beach Access is only about 50 yds. from your outside balcony to get to be down on the beach with sand between your toes! Large pool available with hot tub.
Destin is a great area with great weather and beautiful beaches with gorgeous emerald-colored waters. We are very family-friendly with something for everyone to do.
For your comfort we now have a brand new 'Stearns & Foster' mattress.

We are located at 2830 Old Highway 98 near Destin on Miramar Beach, amid white sandy beaches and beautiful sunsets.

Our trip was absolutely perfect. The only problem we had was when you come off 98 it wants you to go through a gated community to get the location. Thatā€™s not necessary. Go up to driftwood and turn. This condo had everything we needed. It was clean and cozy for our family. I was very nervous when I realized we had to cross the road to get to the water but it actually turned out to be the best beach spot. The traffic in this area wasnā€™t terrible and to get to the beach was easy peezy. This will forever be our go to spot when we go to Destin. Our host was incredible and answered every text question we had within mind. I wish I could give more stars. Oh the pool in the back was absolutely perfect on those double red flag days.

Perfect vacation spot

The property was exactly as described and perfect for the two of us. It was well equipped and communication from owner was great. Very convenient location. Beach was a 2 minute walk and some restaurants were within walking distance. Pool area was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay!

It was all about the little details! Comfortable unit! The unit was directly across the road from the beach access. The neighborhood was what I was looking for! Walking trails, and close access to all amenities, including Harborwalk village. The pool was heated and clean. The unit was comfortable and had everything that was needed, including beach chairs and a patio door. Easy access from parking lot to this ground floor unit. I was able to back right up to the unit! The owner has thought of everything needed and stayed in touch to be sure I was comfortable with the stay. Great place, great stay, great location!

Labor Day Weekend

We loved our stay here over Labor Day weekend. Paul emailed me a few days in advance with directions for entry. He stayed in touch and was receptive when contacted. The location was perfect! We cant wait to stay here again.

The condo was smaller than what we thought. The washer & dryer was on the property but not in the actual unit. The machines overcharged me several times. Ending up being $24 to do 2 loads of laundry (both washing & drying). The location was great. Very close to the privacy gate to the beach. Also the back area off from the sliding doors was smaller then I appeared it to be & in the listing there were 2 pools but when we got there we could only use one of them & it was small.

Dear Mr. Paul, I was going to email you informing you of our satisfaction and enjoyment renting your Destin, FL condo at Gulfview. It was extremely clean with very nice, comfortable furnishings. It was very nice to be on the bottom floor with easy access to the beach, pool, parking lot, etc. I would highly recommend renting your apartment to others as we were extremely pleased and would certainly return. Thank you for making our first stay in Destin (Miramar) a happy and comfortable one. Although we didnā€™t have an issue we were not used to properties ā€œclaiming areas of beach as Privateā€. If we had a complaint that would have been the only one which is not a reflection on your condo. Thanks again, L Sneed

Good location, nice hot tub and pool. Unit has several places of visable mold and smelled musty. Had to air the unit out daily, but the humidity and the damp musty smell came back. The place needs a complete scrubbing, carpet removed in bedroom and duct for HVAC cleaned.

Week on the Beach

Paul made our stay easy and was very accommodating. We decided we wanted to stay another day and he made it happen. Condo was clean and location was great. Beach was easy access across the street. Abundance of towels and was cloths. Washer and dryer across the hallway in same building. We very much enjoyed our stay.
