Multi-Level Views of Miramar Beach

Beautiful water and sunset views from multi-level decks! Chair service at the beach was a nice added touch. Clean, conveniently located, and a garage to store your bicycles and gear too.

Not Again

Our townhouse was not clean. We had to buy a mop to clean the floors. The furniture was dirty so we covered it with sheets. The kitchen had a smell so we burned a candle the entire time we were there. And we had Rats that would eat our food at night and leave the evidence. I have pictures for proof.

Wonderful Stay w/ a workout!

The location was wonderful! The townhome was clean and quaint. However, the lighting on the back porch was so dim we had to purchase flashlights. With 3 flights of steep stairs and young children with us, that was a major concern.

Location Perfection!

I couldnā€™t have picked a better spot on the beach to stay on. I do think the kitchen could be a little cleaner or updated. There were some issues right when we arrived : cockroach, heat not working in lower level, no dustpan, but property management was amazing and responsive and dealt with it immediately on Monday morning. I would really give this place 4.5 stars overall but didnā€™t want to ding as overall was a lovely time.

Property was exactly as described. Has 4 large balconies with several seats and lounge chairs along with all beach amenities (floats, chairs, childrenā€™s toys), Wonderful staff to talk to when problems occur and they deal with any issues promptly. Great value, I would recommend!

Townhome on beach

My family and I which is a group of 6 had a great time at the SeaMist #6. The townhome is right off the beach. Yes, I read in the previous reviews that a room is connected to the garage and separate from the rest of the house but it worked out cause my older teenager stayed in there cause he wanted his peace. You can access that room from either the garage or the balcony which goes to the beach. I think the down fall was that I thought that the place was kinda secluded and ended up being the opposite. It is right off a major road and the other houses/townhomes are right next to each other.... like 6 feet apart. Pictures were kinda deceiving on that part. I had no clue those houses are so crammed. Looks like you can rent golf carts and bikes to ride the busy road. The stay was nice though. Looking out of the balcony to the right and left I saw major crowds on the beach but that was several houses or condos down. Had a good area to relax and kids to play. The beds were comfortable and clean. Good stay!

Great stay!

Everything was clean upon entrance. Loved the location. Had to call a couple of times and ask questions and I really didn't have to do that, if I had looked around and read the packet left for us. Overall a great stay.

The downstairs bedroom was super tiny. I took 4 seventeen year old girls that had to share it. If I had know that I might have done something different. The pictures online are misleading. Dishwasher didnā€™t work well. Beach access was amazing. We barely had to share it with anyone.

Nice house right on beach

We had a group of six ladies in town for a girls trip. The house was nice and looked as described by the photos. The kitchen was nicely stocked and we were able to prepare a few meals during the week. We did notice after a few days that there must have been a mouse somewhere in the house because any food left on the counter showed visible signs that lead us to believe it was a mouse. The rooms were nice and well lit. We used some of the chairs and beach stuff daily. We also noticed that the downstairs deck needed some structural work. We didnā€™t report it as we didnā€™t think it was that big of a deal, however, the upstairs bathroom sink did not drain properly. Overall a great stay and we would most likely return.

Good - the view was fantastic.

Overall, our experience was good. We had a fabulous time. However, there were a few minor hitches along the way that can be easily fixed. GET NEW COUCHES! Most people spend the majority of their time in the living area and the couches are very uncomfortable, to the point we were sitting on the floor. Next, we found several cockroaches in the unit and dust bunnies throughout. This wasn't a huge deal but was concerning. The most upsetting thing about the trip was the construction workers hammering into the side of the house all day on Wedsenday and part of the day on Thursday. We have a 9 month old baby and this was not ideal. My whole family was very upset about it and we had to leave the house. We were not told about this in advance.

It was nice and it was clean. Slightly run down.

A couple of the lights had bulbs which needed to be replaced. Heat lamp/light in shower didnā€™t work, the toilet in master bath ran constantly. Called more than once to have someone repair it as it was loud and disturbing at night. Was told someone had had a death in family. Totally sympathize with that situation but would think as big as you are that there would be more than one contractor/maintenance person. Also could not get some of the outside lights on beach side of house to work. Overall a great experience though! Thank you!

Loved the location

This unit worked out well for our family. We always love being able to step right out to the beach! We forgot our beach buckets,shovels etc and we were happy there were some there for us to use. Our blender stopped working one day and they replaced it within a couple of hours! Great trip!

Outstanding opportunity to stay at beach.

This is a great beach house. Check in and check out were super simple. The management company was very helpful. The view of the turquoise water and white sand is spectacular. The beach service was convenient - an umbrella and 2 chairs are setup early morning and are waiting for you when you get to the beach. The house is close to restaurants and shopping. There are decks on each level (which makes for a lot of stairs). Each bedroom has its own bathroom - two bedrooms on the top floor and one on the bottom level through the garage. Parking is a challenge if you have more than one large vehicle. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it.

Our 12th Year at the Beach and This Year Was the Very Best!

There were so many things to love about this property beginning with the direct access to the private beach. This home is well furnished including the 3 decks overlooking the beach. We travel as 3 families, totally 6 adults and one child. Everyone had their own private spaces and then we all enjoyed our family time together in the living/kitchen area for meals. The kitchen was well stocked and all appliances were in good working order. We were very appreciative of the complimentary chairs and umbrella on the beach each day. We hope to be able to return to Seamist 6 year after year.

Perfect place for a family getaway!

My family of four spent Christmas break at Seamist 6. The property was exactly as described and we could not have been happier. There were balconies off of each level of living space plus a patio at the bottom with a shower to wash off the beach sand plus a grill (which we used every night!). There is a one car garage with a room off of it on the bottom floor (that's where our 15 year old spent much of her time), the middle level had the kitchen, living room, and bathroom, then the third floor had two more bedrooms - all three bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The location is excellent, very close to three malls and only a short drive from Seaside (another fun place to visit!). There are several grocery stores nearby so we kept the refridgerator stocked and only went out to eat once. The property itself is well maintained. I am already hoping to stay here again next year but I am hoping that more extended family members will be able to join us and rent the adjoining condos as well.
