The building offers a gulf front community pool, gulf front community BBQ grills (charcoal) and this unit offers complimentary beach service (2 chairs, one umbrella set up every day free of charge) available seasonally from March 1st through November 30th. This is a great feature to have so you aren’t having to carry all your chairs and umbrellas to the beach.
