    Bem-vindo à prestigiada comunidade da Praia Frangista! Chegue com seus flip-flops e maiô na mão. Esta bela casa privada 3BR / 3BA acomoda 8 e está localizado a um quarteirão de distância do acesso à praia fechado e está do outro lado da rua da piscina da comunidade Frangista Beach. (Os códigos para o portão de acesso à praia e o portão da piscina serão fornecidos aos hóspedes.)

    Descubra novos pisos, tetos de 11 pés e mobiliário bonito, logo que você pisa pela porta da frente desta casa de praia de dois andares. Reúna-se na cozinha gourmet aberta e sala de estar e jantar no primeiro andar. A sala está equipada com um sofá-cama queen para fornecer acomodações para dormir adicionais, se necessário. Uma TV HD de tela plana HD de 55 ", Blu-Ray player e Roku (com acesso a Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, YouTube, etc.) está disponível para seu entretenimento. Relaxe e aproveite o clima agradável em uma das três varandas espaçosas.

    Também localizado no primeiro andar são dois quartos rainha com banheiros privativos. O quarto principal do segundo andar tem uma cama king-size e casa de banho privada mestre com um pé-no chuveiro e vaidades dupla. O quarto principal também possui um alpendre com uma área de estar de conversa de seis pessoas para desfrutar de conversa e vinho com amigos ou se reunir para tomar café no período da manhã. (Cervejaria de cortesia Keurig com um amostrador de K-cups fornecido no check-in). Todos os quartos têm TV de tela plana, DVD players e serviço de TV a cabo.

    A Praia Frangista fica a poucos minutos do Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, do Village de Baytowne Wharf, do Silver Sands Premium Outlets, do Big Kahuna Water Park e de diversos restaurantes, lojas e locais de entretenimento para toda a família. Perfect location! We loved the proximity to the beach and pool! The house is beautiful, very clean and has an incredible collection of board games and dvds just incase you experience not perfect beach weather during your stay. 10/10 recommend!

Aquaholic at Frangista beach properties is amazing. The staff is great and very accommodating. We accidentally booked one less day than I tented and they were glad to accommodate. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back. 5 star rating all the way around!!

Great house

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this beach house! From the noment we arrived everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed-from kitchen essentials to beach gear. The layout was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our group to relax both indoors and out.

Perfect

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aquaholic and can’t wait to come back. Our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids) fit perfectly with plenty of room to be around each other. We loved all of the dvds, board games, and Xbox. The neighborhood is wonderful and safe, with the beach being an extremely short walk around the corner. The pool is also right across the street! My favorite coffee shop is also a quick 4 minute walk, giving you a nice little morning routine. You can’t beat it.

Perfect Getaway

It was close enough to the action of Destin without being right in the mix, and also walking distance to the private beach. We enjoyed having our complimentary beach chairs and umbrella each day. The house itself was spacious and comfortable. Overall, we truly enjoyed staying at Aquaholic and will return.

The house is located one street off of the extremely busy Scenic Gulf Dr., so you have all of the convenience of the location but it is on a nice quiet street. The walk to the beach is very easy. The pool across the street is great as well. The house was very comfortable and has everything you need. We are definitely coming back next year!

Best Destin Rental!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been visiting Destin for years, and Frangista is hands down the best. We are repeat, visitors and have now spent 3 weeks here. The location is perfect, the pool is clean, the house is beautiful, and the customer service is top notch. I accidentally sent a bunch of Amazon packages there after I went home, and their staff helped me get them sent back. They just go above and beyond all the time. Can't wait to return next year!

Convenience area to shopping, gas & restaurants

The home was very nice however don't recommend for toddlers as the steps were a problem even though we brought a gate, they needed to stay upstairs as the bedrooms downstairs were not large enough to put two sleeping type cribs. Although the property had a great living area. I did not like the open transoms over the bedroom doors as you can hear TV's on in next bedrm etc. Loved the kitchen utensils, could have left a lot of mine at home.

Gives arm bands yet still asks for your address every time you come through the gate. Line gets very long in the afternoon because he has to go through several pages of addresses to find it. Backed up into the street several times!

Great House and Location

This house is in the perfect location! Very short walk to the beach. The beach chairs and umbrella were a great bonus! Our beach spot was reserved every day. The house was perfect for our family of 7 and an infant. The kitchen is well stocked. It had everything we needed. Beach towels are also available to use. The house was well stocked with basic supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dish and wash soap to get us started. It was great to bring our fur baby too. The pool was just across the street and very nice. It would be great if there was a golf cart 😊. We will definitely return to this house for vacation.

The beach was a very short walk and we loved having 2 beach chairs and an umbrella everyday. The pool in Frangista was very nice too. We enjoyed cooling off after a day at the beach and the boys enjoyed night swimming. Also, Hector was great and took care of us. Aquaholic was very clean and very well maintained. We would definitely recommend this home for a beach vacation. We are already looking at reserving Aquaholic for next summer!

Escaped winter at Frangista Beach

Reviewer Comments: We love the Frangista Beach area and this unit is in a great location, just steps away from the beach on a quiet street, and easy walking distance to Bad *** Coffee, Pasquale’s, DQ, Pompano Joes and Alvin’s. The home has 3 full baths and bedrooms with two walk-in showers, perfect to accommodate our needs. The unit was clean and well equipped,, though it is showing signs of wear from frequent rental. The property perhaps could use a good refresh. We were also a bit frustrated that Frangista Properties does not heat the pool in the Winter, although it has a gas heater like our pool at home, but the property owners probably have no responsibility there. People come to Florida to escape Winter, but an ice cold pool takes you right back to the Cold. I guess you have to go to a cold place like Colorado to find a comfortable heated pool in the winter.

Location, location, location!!! Aquaholic was wonderful!

Wish we had a few more days. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week in Frangista Beach. The proximity to both the beach and pool was great. The house and especially the kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Very clean. We would love to come back and highly recommend this property. Hector was also awesome and responded quickly to any questions we had and went above and beyond with assisting our daughter on check out day. The only negative for my husband and I were the quality and number of pillows….kind of flat. Otherwise, we made lasting memories for my husband’s 60th!!

Beautiful home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this home several times now. It is beautiful and very convenient to the beach, pool, and stores. The best part is that they have beach service included in the cost, so no need to take as much to the beach each day. The only minor issue we had was that the refrigerator didn't keep the food as cold.
