"The property was perfect for a weekend beach getaway! With the condo being right on the beach, it was a perfect/easy set up to spend the whole day at the beach. Especially with the included chairs and umbrella. The view was wonderful. Would consider booking again!"

"The view was great and thoroughly enjoyed waking up to it! Although, the sofa pull out bed was super uncomfortable, the bed was thing and it would sink in. Including the side beds in the hallway, the beds were so uncomfortable and no airflow of a/c, which made it super hot! Another thing, was when you went outside the balcony, people would smoke outside of it and you even smelled not only cigarette but weed. Including outdated TVs that you couldn’t log in to any apps that have services to watch...

"STAY AWAY !! First off this property is part of Sandestin resort so the amenities are great. Second do not stay at this unit or at Ocean Reef properties. They are a big company that own many units inside, but from the beginning, the unit was awfully maintained and at best it is 2 star. Then the AC was making a terrible noise when on and off and we could not sleep. I submitted a request for service and someone came to fix it but she somehow managed to break the ACand gas came out which caused...

"We love our unit amazing veiw from every room. The balcony had extra space for table and chairs. Loved loved loved our unit We are old school we dont used the internet to make reservation So with all my confirmation was in a email I couldn't find. Once that was figured out we couldn't get in the gate called 24 hr number no human to talk to. No bar coffee shop or anything extra not a far walk to the beach which had restaurant that was very good"

"We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was wonderful and had a great view of the pool and bay. It’s in a great location and you can drive and park at the beach or take the shuttle. The condo had everything we need and was very clean. The host was wonderful at communicating and providing recommendations. Will definitely be back!"

"This was a great place to stay. It was clean, and even though it is not directly on the beach, you get a direct view from the balcony of the ocean and it’s only a two minute walk. The host was very quick to respond and my group had an amazing time!"
