10/10 Iryna: "We stayed as a couple in Unit 805 at Majestic Sun, managed by Beach Reunion, and had a wonderful experience. This was not our first time staying with Beach Reunion, and once again, we were very happy with the accommodation. The direct oceanfront view was absolutely spectacular. We enjoyed beautiful views of the ocean right from our apartment and balcony, which made the stay feel truly special. I create a lot of content for my social media, so for me, having a spacious, bright and aesthetically beautiful space with plenty of natural light and a beautiful view is especially important and this suite exceeded my expectations. The suite is very spacious and thoughtfully laid out. It has an open studio-style living area connected to a fully equipped kitchen and balcony, a large and comfortable master bedroom, as well as an additional bedroom with beds that are perfect for children. There are two bathrooms, plenty of closet/storage space, and everything is very convenient and well organized. The layout would be especially comfortable for two families, couples traveling with children, or even two couples. The kitchen has everything you need if you prefer to cook during your stay. It is beautifully and tastefully decorated, comfortable without feeling overly crowded, and the space looks just as lovely in person as it does in the photos. The location is another major plus. The beach is only about a two-minute walk away, and the entire property is very clean and well maintained!" Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing stay and would happily return again. -No Pets: Pets are not permitted per Condo HOA rules. Please inquire with office if medical or registered pet is requested/necessary.

-Parking: Two parking passes are included with your stay. Passes can be picked up at the Beach Reunion office on the day of check-in. Please contact our office in advance to receive the address. Additional passes may be purchased if needed.

* Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to book and occupy this property. No College/Student groups permitted.

-Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities:

Seascape Resort South Gate (On Scenic 98) is the quickest entrance, once inside the gate the Majestic Sun units are immediately to your left. Access to your unit is easy, accessible via the lobby elevators.



Interaction with Guests:

For your final balance due, please note that If you would like to use a credit card, there will be a 2% processing fee added onto the final balance amount at time of charge. You are also able to use our electronic check feature (no additional fees) by providing your routing and account number to a team member via phone. If more than 60 days out, you are able to mail a check to our office address.
