As soon as you arrive at Castawaves, you're reinvigorated with a breath of fresh air. The all-embracing bright white house stands three stories tall with a rooftop terrace and suggests that you leave all your worries behind, buckle up and get ready for the vacation to remember!
The first floor welcomes you in with gorgeous bright tile and canned recessed lighting overhead. You'll know it's party time because the game room is the first room you'll see as you pass the foyer. There's an arcade game, pool table, giant Connect Four, wet bar, and seating area to entertain with views of the private pool and grill. Just off of the game room is the luxury movie theater with a huge screen and reclining leather seats and cup holders, perfect for a quiet night in. Guests on the ground floor will have access to a small laundry room and full bathroom with a standup shower, perfect for guests needing to launder their swimsuits and change after some quality time at the pool. Bedrooms one and two both have their own en suite bathrooms, flatscreen TVs, queen-sized beds and lots of natural lighting.
The main floor, above, is home to a huge living room, dining room, and massive kitchen. Bedroom three is also on this floor and has its ensuite bathroom. Guests visiting your home will have access to the half bathroom. The living room has plenty of seating between its sectional and lounge area. The coastal decor is classic and elegant with detailed bohemian touches in its neutral tones, wood floors, and minimalistic gallery walls. The room is cozy and airy. The dining area seats plenty and is accented with a beautiful rustic light fixture and views of the Miramar Beach community. The kitchen is trendy, but elegant with its deep blue cabinetry accented by bright marble countertops and chic stainless steel hardware. The backsplash scales to the ceiling and is visible beyond the exposed shelving housing dinnerware. You'll be able to entertain for days with the huge stainless steel french door Frigidaire refrigerator and accompanying appliances. The main floor has access to the balcony overlooking the pool. Guests can freely move about the indoor and outdoor spaces. There's seating on the balcony ensuring that guests can stay awhile, enjoying a freshly brewed cup of coffee or cocktail.
The third floor is where the majority of the rooms are located, including the master bedroom. You can take the stairs or the in-home elevator straight to the sitting area and den where there's a flatscreen TV, patio access, and two twin-over-twin bunks for guests. Guests will have their pick of three king-sized bedrooms, all with their own ensuite bathrooms and flatscreen TVs. The fourth bedroom shares its bathroom with the sitting room and den. The last bedroom is the master and is beautifully decorated, has a king-sized bed, patio access, flatscreen TV, and its own ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with chic tiling, accented by dual sinks.
