Life is Better at the Beach! Charming 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo at Ariel Dunes 1

Your cozy getaway awaits in Miramar Beach at this lovely condo. With 3 bathrooms equipped with a shower, bathtub, and hair dryers, guests can freshen up after a day at the beach. The additional living room space with a queen bed provides a tranquil spot to unwind. Our place will help you feel at home while you're having fun at Miramar Beach.

Ariel Dunes 1, unit 210 has a special location on the southwest corner of the tower, which provides an abundant amount of light with views of the glittering golf in the distance and the palm lined boulevard that serves as the entryway to the complex.

The shimmering sugary shoreline is just a short distance away, but you can also take a refreshing plunge in the five extremely large swimming pools that wrap around the base of the building(s.) One pool has a shallow “zero entry,” at the end of the pool and a mushroom shaped waterfall which is fun for kids. You can also enjoy drinks and dining by the pool at the “Cabana Cafe,” which is located on the first floor or they can deliver right to your door.

The Primary Bedroom includes a king size bed, two nightstands, dresser and smart TV. In addition, it has a full private bathroom with double vanity sinks, a soaking tub and a separate glassed in shower. The room is lined with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that provide views of the distant gulf and lead out to the balcony.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, night stand, dresser and TV. In addition, it has an attached bathroom with a toilet and bathtub/shower combination.

The third bedroom has two twin beds with nightstand and dresser. It also has an attached bathroom with a toilet and walk-in shower.

The living room has a queen size sofa bed available.

Ariel Dune’s Miramar Beach location is close to popular gulf front restaurants, friendly beach bars, family amusements, bargain shopping at the famed Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall, area grocery stores and wine bistros. Ariel Dunes 1 is also a little over 2 miles from Destin Commons, Baytowne Wharf and most of Destin’s great restaurants and other activities for the kids.

Living room with balcony access, fully stocked kitchen, dining table with four chairs, four barstools, washer and dryer are all included, linens and towels are included.

Two parking passes are provided with your stay. Additional parking passes can be purchased for $10 each. The parking passes must always be displayed in your car. In addition, there is an area to park and charge golf carts.

A wristband must be worn at all times. They are located inside the condo.

Monthly winter guest must purchases a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking passes expires in 15 days.

Based on the daily temperature and the HOA’s discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes 1 is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter.

Ariel Dunes 1 is located on the resort at Seascape property; therefore owners and guest have access to amenities including five HOA pools scattered throughout the Seascape resort; a 9 hole golf course on the property, 6 tennis courts and 6 pickleball courts, an on-site Conference Center and a fabulous work-out facility on the ground floor of the building. In addition, the property contains over 2,000 feet of beach front access to the white powder sands of the Gulf.

Additional dining within walking distance is located at the Whales Tail Beach Bar and Grill which has seaside dining. For beach and water sports enjoyment, there are rentals available for beach chairs and umbrellas, parasailing and boating.

There is a designated smoking area on the north side of the building, however, smoking is prohibited inside the condo, the patio, lobbies, stairwells, elevators, floor hallways and pools. Except as otherwise permitted by applicable law, smoking or vaping of any kind, including with limitation via cigarette, cigar, pipe, vaping pen or other smoking or vaping device.

Only deeded owners may have pets on the property. We recognize that some people require service or assistance animals for their well-being and safety while on vacation. It is understood that assistance animals are not pets and are allowed under certain circumstances.
