Welcome To Le Jardin 156,

Le Jardin 156 is a fully furnished townhome at Baytwone Wharf inside Sandestin. Sandestin is the area’s premier resort featuring golf, beach access, Baytowne Wharf, a marina, and many restaurants. Walk to countless choices for shopping, award-winning restaurants, kids' activities, and nightlife within the resort area.

Le Jardin 156 sits in a French Quarter-inspired courtyard just a few steps from the nightlife and family activities of Baywtowne Wharf. The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, and designer deco is found throughout all three levels of the home. A patio opens up to the shaded courtyard, making an ideal spot for dining alfresco. Step into the courtyard, and you can see the Bay of Destin Fl. The Gateway swimming pool, grilling area, spa, and fitness center is just a few feet from Le Jardin.

Baytowne Wharf is the entertainment area of Sandestin and features restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and fun for the whole family. Baytowne Marina offers views of yachts, water sports rentals, and a Marina bar. The public golf course of Baytowne Golf Club is also nearby. Search “Baytowne Wharf” to view the complete list of things to do. Of course, no visit here is complete without visiting our world-famous beach. You can bike or take your car along the private streets of Sandestin to the beach access. We will send you details with a link to Sandestin’s website containing property maps and information upon booking.

Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for a late checkout because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.

No animals of any kind are permitted at Le Jardin 156. No grills are allowed at the property, but a nice grilling area is nearby at the Gateway Pool. Please see the grilling area in the photos.

Parking—IMPORTANT: You receive one guaranteed parking spot inside the Le Jardin Owners gated parking area. The code for this gated area will be in your arrival email. An additional vehicle must park in the overflow parking lot located on Inspiration Way in front of the golf course. Please view the parking areas in the photos.

Spa Quality amenities include high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, starter sets of soaps, paper towels, shampoo, trash bags, and lotions. It is the guest’s responsibility to purchase more items as needed.

AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.

Exactly as pictured. Very clean, great amenities and perfect location for all of the activities at Baytown Wharf. Gated neighborhood is very quiet and the condo has everything you need. We will definitely be staying again!

There were no instructions for parking, which garage to park at and the fact that we had to carry ALL of our luggage and other things from the garage to the unit! After stopping at 2 security sheds, the codes provided were wrong and I had to call maintenance. RAFE was wonderful. 43 stairs to the top floor, 43!!! Dragging luggage up was awful!

The house was clean, beautiful and spacious in a gated community. Loved having coffee on the front porch listening to the water fountains (take me back). Location was in the heart of all attractions - restaurants, play area, wharf, swimming pool, live music, etc. and the beach was an 4 minute drive. Our stay was enjoyable and memorable. We will be back. Highly recommended!

We spent 10 days at this property and the only two things I regret are that we could not enjoy the balcony off the master bedroom and that we had to return to our actual house at the end of our vacation. LOL The balcony had weather-related water damage and had to be covered until the contractor had several days of occupant vacancy before it could be fixed. Unfortunately, neither of those things were within the control of the owner. As for the unit, the space and bedding was perfect for our family of 7. We typically stay closer to the beach side of the property, but were pleased with being able to sacrifice location for the affordability of being able to take a longer vacation in a really nice unit a little farther away. We would definitely stay here again! FYI: There are three floors to the unit and all the bedrooms are on the upper two floors. If you are elderly or traveling with elderly parents, the stairs might be difficult to manage.

Le Jardin in Sandestin is ideal for those seeking numerous restaurants, gift stores, and kids' activities. The location offers daily and evening events like magic shows and fireworks, providing vibrant entertainment for families. However, the beach is farther than expected, requiring a car, golf cart, or bike to reach. The home has many stairs, with the master suite on the top floor and the pool needing an additional climb of 20-25 steps, which is inconvenient for families with kids. Parking is challenging; the Baytowne Wharf garage has small spaces, and only one guaranteed spot is included. Overflow parking is distant, posing an issue for our elderly family members. Additionally, the internet service was poor, with no TV from Wednesday to Saturday. The kitchen also lacked essential items like cereal bowls. Overall, Le Jardin is great for a bustling resort atmosphere, but be aware of the beach distance and parking issues.

This townhouse unit was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was nice having the third floor to ourselves with the kids on the second floor. We also loved the fireplace in the Master! Very convenient and short walk to multiple restaurants. There is even a glimpse of a water view from the two end windows.
