White Sands Villa is a 3 bedroom and 2 bath lakefront pet friendly townhome. With a white kitchen that has quartz counters, stainless appliances and a wine refrigerator, it’s fully equipped for your chef, so you can eat all your meals in if you choose. There is also a Keurig style combination coffee maker that can do K cups or full pots of coffee to enjoy your morning cup of Joe.

Because this is an end unit, it has a larger porch, big grassy area, and wide open lake views with more windows to enjoy the natural light. There is room for the kids to roam outside or fish in the ponds while making great vacation memories. The Gulf of Mexico is a stone’s throw away, and you’ll enjoy the Gulf breezes while sitting on the back porch, grilling out on the new propane grill, or just enjoying the fountain in the lake beyond.

This home is also equipped with a top of the line cable package for the TV that includes sports and information networks like : Big Ten Network, Pac12 Network, ACC Network and more!

This townhome has all the living spaces on the main floor as well as one of two king master suites. The other king master suite is upstairs, with loads of space and a huge bathroom and a large walk in shower. The second floor also hosts the third bedroom with a queen bed. The downstairs master suite not only has a king bed, but also has it’s own private courtyard. The renovated downstairs bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

There is a full size washer and dryer in the oversized laundry room/pantry, with plenty of room to store your groceries.

You’ll love the 6 seater golf cart for the short ride to the Resort’s private beach access, up to the Market Shops, The Village of Baytowne Wharf or Grand Boulevard for shopping, dining, live music and more!
