You do not have to venture too far off site for a great time, though. Our gated vacation condos at Mainsail offer many options for family fun within the resort as well. Take a dip in one of two community pools, or relax by the hot tub after a friendly game of tennis. Mainsail also offers guests access to a state-of-the-art fitness facility, a shuffleboard court, kiddie pool and, of course, miles of private beach access. Plus, enjoy the Baytowne seasonal fireworks from the east walkway at the front door!!

All vehicles must be registered with the onsite security please be sure to provide this information prior to arrival.

For safety and security, this vacation rental home is equipped with external door camera on front door.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. No pets allowed.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.
