Exterior Restoration Project – Amalfi HOA

Please be advised that the Amalfi HOA will be conducting an exterior restoration project beginning in September and continuing through May. During this time, guests may experience minor disruptions, and all balconies will be inaccessible for the duration of the project.
For this specific unit, the balcony will be inoperable from October through February.
To help offset this inconvenience, we have discounted our rates accordingly for this period.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience as the HOA works to enhance the property for your future enjoyment.

Amalfi Coast B219 is an excellent respite for your vacation on the crystal sand beaches along this Emerald Coast resort! Step into this coastal-inspired newly renovated condo, and you are greeted with an open floor plan that includes the living, dining, and kitchen areas. New plank flooring throughout will thrill the carpet-opposing guests! 
The open kitchen is accented with gleaming granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It is sure to make snacks for the day and dinner at night. The bar top counter will make for a great breakfast and coffee bar!
Relax in the living room or the balcony with views of the sparkling gulf! Feel the breeze and listen to the sounds of the Gulf on the nice-sized balcony!
The master bedroom is off the living area and has a luxurious queen-size bed to melt into after a fun-filled day! This bedroom also features access to the balcony for views and breezes! This room doesn't have the typical dinky little closet but a walk-in custom closet! The master bath is fresh and new and will make you feel the same way! Have a seat in the shower and let the water wash away the sand and salt. With the double vanity and ample size, sharing with your significant other, if there is one, is a breeze!
The guest bedroom is furnished with two queen-sized beds for dreaming the night away and waking up fresh and ready for the next day!

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef, Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the four snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
