The Space:

Salt air drifts through open balconies as you settle into an easy coastal rhythm, where mornings start with coffee and breezes off the Gulf and afternoons move effortlessly between the beach and the pool. With multiple gathering spaces and plenty of room to spread out, the home is designed for shared moments and relaxed group stays in Miramar Beach.



Sleeping arrangements

The three-story home offers eight bedrooms and eight and a half baths, comfortably accommodating large groups. Six king bedrooms each include a private bath, providing privacy and convenience throughout the home. Two bunk bedrooms, also with private baths, are arranged for group-friendly sleeping. One bunk room features two sets of queen bunks and a twin bunk, while the second includes one queen bunk, one twin bunk, and two queen beds.



Living spaces

Three separate living areas create flexible spaces to relax, gather, or enjoy quiet downtime across all levels of the home. Two game rooms add built-in entertainment, with one featuring a pool table and the other offering arcade games. Smart TVs, WiFi, and a dedicated workspace support everything from movie nights to remote check-ins. A washer and dryer are available for longer stays and beach-filled days.



Kitchen and dining

Two kitchens anchor the home, making it easy to accommodate group meals and varied schedules. With generous dining areas and multiple gathering spaces, everyone can come together comfortably without crowding the flow of the home.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a private pool and hot tub within a fully fenced backyard, offering space to swim, relax, and enjoy the coastal air. The pool is heated seasonally from October through May and available by request. Patios and balconies extend the living space outdoors, while the BBQ grill and outdoor dining areas invite easy evenings after the beach. Beach access is nearby, just two blocks away, and beach essentials are provided for your days on the sand.



Comfort and convenience

The home includes air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and a private entrance with self check-in via smart lock. Parking is available for up to four vehicles. The property is pet-friendly, allowing your four-legged companions to join the stay.

Located in Miramar Beach along Florida’s Emerald Coast, the home is close to dining, shopping, and attractions such as Destin Commons, Baytowne Wharf, and Sandestin. Beach days, water activities, and relaxed coastal exploration are all within easy reach.

• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.
