The open floor plan is blessed with a sense of luxury & clean lines, allowing for welcoming conversations throughout the kitchen, dining & living area. The dining room table has seating for (8). The kitchen is efficient & well equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances; inclusive of a side-by-side refrigerator with filtered water/ice dispenser, electric stovetop, dishwasher & microwave. Practice your chef skills in the kitchen while others can join or critique your scrumptious dishes with a refreshing beverage.



The windows & glass door to the private patio provides natural light, brightness & warmth throughout the space. Find time to snuggle up on the couch or chairs with a great book or to watch a movie while others can slip outside to the patio to enjoy the fresh salty air under the palm trees with a morning coffee or nightcap.



A spacious master bedroom located off the main room awaits your slumber with a king bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, walk-in closet & private ensuite bathroom. The bathroom offers plenty of space with a granite countertop vanity, two sinks along with a private water closet. The glass enclosed walk-in shower allows you to wash the beach from your body while the separate deep soaking tub allows a private escape for additional relaxation.



Two guest bedrooms are located down the hallway near the entrance. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen bed & the second bedroom has a two twin beds (a perfect hangout room for kids of all ages). Both guest bedrooms share a bathroom with a granite countertop, sink & step-in tub/shower combo. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV’s & ceiling fans. The stackable washer/dryer combo is located in a closet & if you like to keep your clothes pressed an ironing board & iron are provided.



Beach chair rental service, La Dolce Vita, is located on the beach throughout the summer, for additional details contact them directly at (866) 651-1869, for rental pricing. Walking, hiking, biking, water activities, shopping, restaurants, entertainment & grocery stores are all easily accessed & offered throughout Miramar Beach & Destin along Scenic Gulf Drive. If fishing is your game, Destin is known as “The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village” & claims to have the largest fishing vessel fleet in the state of Florida.



Courtesy Patrol is onsite within the gated community and free parking is available. For reference, the unit is on the 2nd floor of a 4-story building & can be accessed via an open parking lot by stairs or dual elevators. Luggage carts are available near the elevators to transport your belongings.



On a final note, the condo is a self check-in residence with a KABA keyless entry lock to assist in practicing social distancing & allowing you to enjoy your vacation without the stress of losing your keys. • Parking - ONE free designated parking pass is provided. Overflow parking is located down the street at Geronimo RV Resort at a discounted price for Alerio guests at $25 per day (cash) or $30 per day (credit card) for additional vehicles, trailers or RV’s will be an additional cost.

• Age Requirements - You MUST be 25 years or older to book this property & must be staying in the condo for the duration of the reservation.

• Cleaning - Our cleaning company is following & practicing the CDC Cleaning and Vacation Rental Management Guidelines.
