You will also have access to Baytowne and The Boulevard, where you can enjoy fabulous restaurants and shopping. Don't forget to stop at Maple Street Biscuit Company for breakfast! Henderson Beach State Park offers clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch) and is just under eight miles from the condo, while Silver Sands Premium Outlets is just over two miles with plenty of designer goods and shopping options.

This single-story vacation home has an open-concept layout and allows guests to recline and relax from the day's adventures. Enjoy your favorite beverage and conversation on the screened porch, with scenic views. Inside, you'll find sophisticated furnishings and modern decor throughout the home including a living area with a TV for downtime. The heart of the condo lies in the elegant kitchen arranged with a deluxe breakfast bar. Cook delicious meals here and gather together at the dining area for a more formal dining experience. You'll have all the essentials and more for a great and convenient stay, including fast WiFi should you need to plug in, central air-conditioning for added comfort, and a private washer/dryer to refresh for the next day's activities.

A tram pass is included in your reservation. The tram runs daily from 10 am to 10 pm and makes several stops around the resort. There is an app that can be downloaded to track the tram as well.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
