This unit has new furniture, high ceilings, a wet bar and ice maker in the living room, and high-end decor and fixtures!


The master bedroom dawns its own private balcony with lounge chairs, sparkling Gulf water views, and a comfy king size bed ā€“ what more could you need? Attached to the master bedroom is the private master bathroom complete with double sinks, abundant counter space, a walk-in shower and soaking tub. The second master bedroom also has a king size bed, pristine beach views, and an attached bathroom ā€“ also with double sinks and a walk-in shower! The third bedroom has a bunk beds with full-size mattresses. And donā€™t forget about the third bathroom ā€“ yes, three bathrooms! Come see why weā€™re so excited about this unit!


The Topsā€™l Beach and Racquet Resort is conveniently located 10 miles east of Destin in the Miramar Beach/Sandestin, FL area. The Beach Manor building is beachfront ā€“ only a few quick steps until your tired feet set foot on the white, sandy beaches. Amazing View

From the moment you walk in the view is awesome. There is alot of space and each bedroom has its own bathroom which makes the stay all the better. But that view is unreal. You wake up to the ocean...you fall asleeop to the ocean. I would recommend this place to families for sure. So much to do to keep everyone busy. I can for sure seeing renting this place again!

September 2023 Stay

The condo is overall great. It met our needs and provided plenty of space for our party of three adults and one toddler for our eight night stay. The kitchen isnā€™t the best stocked, so if you plan to cook at the condo consider bringing your own cooking utensils and cleaning supplies. A broom and dust pan would be a nice addition. The unit was a dusty on some hard surfaces and light fixtures, but the bedding, bathrooms and towels were very clean. The views and location are hard to beat.

Beach Manor Rental 812

Overall experience was very good. Did not like the fact that we were not informed of construction work that was going on around are rental. We had workers that actually were on our deck a couple of different days. We know that they needed to do their work but would have been nice to know what was going on.

Great unit and awesome property

We had a wonderful time at Beach Manor 812. The unit was nicely decorated, clean and had fantastic views of the beach. While the pool at Beach Manor was not heated, we did have access to the Tides pool and bar. The gym at the Beach Manor could stand an updating.

Could Have Been Better!

It was a beautiful view but not sure I would rent this particular unit again! None of the bathtubs drained so you were showering with water up past your ankles! The dishwasher had standing water in it which smelled horrible! (Probably doesnā€™t drain either!) The electric air filter started sparking (thank goodness we were there) so my husband had to turn it off! The couch had disgusting stains on it! Also would have preferred ceiling fans! When you have to pay that much for cleaning you expect it to be clean!

Great location, inside needs some TLC

There is no beating the location. Right on the beach (no other property is closer to the beach). Also, since it is an end unit, there is a great view of the entire pool area. The inside was a mix of fresh paint and nice furniture along with some outdated or broken items that were a bit odd. It looks like the entry door was kicked in at some point (or just broke somehow) because the door jam was glued back together (probably better to get a real carpenter to come fix it). There is also an exposed electrical outlet down behind a toilet which is really odd (that canā€™t possibly be code compliant). Also odd is that all of the bedroom closet doors have all been removed. I also found it strange that the kitchen didnā€™t have any of the staples like coffee filters, salt, pepper (did have all the pots pans dishes etcā€¦). Again, not being nit picky, but there are about a dozen of these small things that could easily be fixed. Overall, the beds are fantastic; it was clean; and it was a nice place. The little odd things did not bother us; I mean, itā€™s a vacation rental, right? The parking is super convenient. I would definitely stay here again but would like to see some of those things addressed.
