the place was really nice. the only issue i had was not being able to get in... lol. because it's not your "typical" hotel, there's no front desk. because of THAT, if you have an issue, it's not easy to resolve (you can't just run back down to the front desk). entry into the sonder was all done by keypad code. turns out my keypad batteries were dead. so after standing in the hallway for 50 minutes chatting with CSR via the app and waiting for someone to let me in, i was able to get help/in. overall, was very nice. great concept, great place, great for travel during covid... went to the store and basically didn't leave except for work obligations. and i'm sure the whole "dead battery in the keypad" thing is a fluke, but that was just my experience and after a long day of travel, all i wanted to do was unload my stuff and relax. parking is also a pain (and an additional $9 a day). but overall, great location, nice place, good vibe and i'd stay there again.
