Today, Excelsior works hard to maintain its historical identity while renewing various elements of the downtown area, which is at once iconic, modern, entertaining and quaint.
There are so many things to do! Water St. is lined with specialty stores and smart eateries. There are also shops located along 2nd and 3rd Streets, which run perpendicular to Water Street. Metered parking is available along Water Street, while public parking is available off 3rd St. This historic shopping district offers a wide range of family-owned and small-town shops, catering to many tastes.

• No smoking inside of the home.
• This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.
• No events - This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
• No pets allowed!
