"Check-in instructions were clear and easy, although with other rentals I have typically gotten them before I left home for the trip (within 12-24 hours of the stated check-in time). So I was a bit surprised when I contacted the owner the morning of, and was told they typically send them out at 1:00. They did send them though right away so that was all good.
