The host was easy to reach and the instructions provided were helpful. The only two things I would note are the location of the primary bedroom and the bathroom. The bedroom faced a busy road. "Excellent. All was as stated. Loved the hot tub! Owner aware of the bocce ball court situation and will work on it and the back yard. *Remote controls do not work but not a big deal. Roku fire phone app worked. Connect with 5G wifi network in order to connect with TV in living room."
