"Extremely poor condition of the door to room 3, which was the room I was given on 11 March. My room was an external room of the Inn and therefore the security of the guest experience should be of a much higher level than if the guest was located within the actual main building. However, the door lock to my external room had clearly been breached with a screwdriver at some point in the past. Was this damage caused during a burglary, perhap?? "Family run pub/ hotel which is a hidden treasure hidden in the country side, 10 mins from airport!! So glad we found it! Met the owner and family they were so so lovely and big thanks to their son who opened breakfast early on a Sunday for us catch our plane. 100% will be back and recommend to others. 👍"

"There is nothing you could complain about. The beds are lovely, nice pillows and very cloud like duvet. Perfectly clean and comfortable room. Our dogs were welcome in their pet-friendly rooms and even given a sausage breakfast to their delight. We’ve eaten here many times. The roast is one of the best I’ve ever had. Always the same high standard. This is the vacation “local” pub that you wish your village had. And so reasonably priced for the service and quality. "

"I was a bit wary staying at a pub chain but any reservations (except that for my room) were quickly rendered moot when I entered the grounds. The property is set back from the main road with a good drive leading to several parking areas. After checking in I moved my car to the parking near the accommodation which was several buildings surrounding a courtyard area. "An overnight stay for my wife and self, a proper pub in a village with decent food and warm exceptionally clean accommodation. Beer was good and locals were friendly, as were the staff, parking in the village square 50 yards from the premises. What's not to like . "
