This 1927 Farmhouse perfectly located in Wauwatosa is only a 12 min drive to Downtown Milwaukee. We have renovated this old charming 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home. Unit has 2 Roku TV's, internet connection, office area, laundry area , and a fully equipped kitchen. Most of the furniture and accessories are newly purchased, including stove, washer and dryer, beds, sofa, linens and more. We want you to have a cozy comfortable experience in our home enjoy and love it as much as we do.

Great Location

Great backyard with rabbits! Check in was easy and flawless. Property is close to grocery with liquor store and a coffee shop is two doors down.

Great location, charming home

Cozy is the right word for this home. It's was enough space for 3 people - as long as we didn't try to squeeze in the kitchen together. Was fine for making eggs for breakfast. Would have been tough to make a dinner but not impossible. We're just spoiled with having more counter space. The location is AMAZING - close to downtown Milwaukee and walking distance to coffee shops and grocery store in Tosa. Though it is on kind of a busy street, the traffic dies down at night and barely audible inside the house. The hosts were very gracious to shovel the sidewalk and parking spot before we arrived, which we greatly appreciated. Temperature was very comfy inside, when it was 35 degrees outside. I recommend.

Worst experience in my life

Booked the place 5 months in advance. Canceled at 9:00 pm the night before. Called Vbro, did not received the expected assistance from the rebooking agent. He did respond the day after our first night on our own. He only had the excuse of being short staffed! Poor customer service, very disappointed. This was a family wedding 5:30 hours away.

Cozy and clean

This is a lovely older home, well cared for and clean. Bedrooms are very cozy. Great communication with the owners. Wish we could have explored more of Wauwatosa, but we have 2 granddaughters nearby who win our attention!

Beautiful home in a great location

This was our first stay at this property. It was a perfect size for our family of 5. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture, 2 full updated bathrooms made our stay enjoyable and relaxing. The location is perfect. Close to downtown and the suburbs. Walking distance to coffee shops, grocery store and restaurants. Check in and out was easy. Communication with the owner was open and answered all our questions quickly. We are looking forward to our next stay here!

Clean and great hospitality

The Tosa house was a great location to visit family from all in between West Bend to Brookfield. You can't hear the traffic in the house. You will be in walking distance from great coffee shops and restaurants. Marisol, was very easy to work with.

This house met all of our needs.

We all enjoyed our stay here in Wauwatosa. Very nicely decorated and cupboards were full with dishes for meals. The owner responds back quick and wants to make sure we were pleased with the house and if we needed anything. Thanks and hopefully in the future we can come and stay again.

Cozy Home Away from Home

This restored farmhouse was the absolute perfect place to stay for our home away from home vacation in Wisconsin. The home was very nicely restored and very comfortable and quiet. We hosted a family BBQ in the beautiful back yard and used the fire pit. We all love coffee, so having a Collectivo coffee/restaurant literally just feet from the house was really nice. There were five adults in our party, my husband, two daughters, son in law and myself. We all loved staying at this property. Our host, Marisol was so nice and quick to answer our questions. We will book again. Thanks Marisol, Ron, Deb, Sara, Nicole & Jonny

Perfect spot for access to Milwaukee fun

Great location in quiet neighborhood, just a short drive to Brewers ballpark and many great restaurants. Coffee shop next door was an added bonus. Very clean, comfy, and cute house.

Cozy Old Charm in Tosa

This property was as described. It served family of 4 (two adults and two boys age 7 and 9) perfectly as a home base for our visits with friends a few blocks away and to sites all over the Milwaukee area. Although on a busy street, we found the noise to be less than at a busy hotel. The neighborhoods on both sides of North Ave are nice and we found neighborhood parks and a couple of coffee shops and other restaurants to walk to. The commutes to downtown Milwaukee were very easy and relatively short. There are many amenities at the house if you just wanted to stay awhile. It is a charming old house, but many areas have been updated such as bathrooms and HVAC.

Best VRBO hosts and home in Tosa!

The home was perfect for our needs. It was very clean, modernized, convenient, quiet and comfortable. Marisol is the best VRBO host I’ve ever known with excellent communication and very flexible . So close to everything you need or want! We plan stay there again!

Just perfect!

Stayed here for our mother/daughter's mother's day getaway weekend. The house is the perfect location to get around and in a safe area that is nice and quiet. The coffee shop on the corner is such a bonus! We loved our stay here and the hosts thought of everything when setting this place up. So happy we got to enjoy it.

Excellent Stay!

The communication with the property manager excellent. The house was in a fantastic location, easy to access all of Milwaukee! Private parking in the back of the house was nice rather than street parking in front. Kitchen is on the smaller size with little counter space but worked for our small breakfast and evening snacks. Beds and couch were very comfy to relax! Wish it had been warmer to sit outside in the back yard and enjoy the space. If we get back to Milwaukee we would definitely stay here again!

Great for me and my boys!

This house was perfect for me and my two boys when we were in town for March Madness. The house is very comfortable, met our expectations and is in a terrific neighborhood. The coffee shop staff apologized for not remembering my name the second time I was ever in there. It's an easy trip to the mall, to sports arenas, and to the zoo. It's got everything you need, plus off-street parking which was even better! Marisol is a great host!

Cozy Winter Fun!

We had a great time at this rental! It was a girls weekend and the home was small but clean and cozy! It's within walking distance of a great little coffee shop, another great restaurant and a fun bar! We really enjoyed ourselves. The only thing we felt was missing was a box of kleenex! 😉 Thanks for sharing your home!

Just As Described!

We thoroughly enjoyed our four-day stay at the Cozy Old Charm in Tosa. This is the perfect rental for those who enjoy walking and also are seeking comfort. Located near many wonderful eateries and two nearby parkways, the rental is also a quick six-minute drive to Mayfair Mall. The home is exactly as described. Our family of four had more than enough space and we were all most comfortable. The home is very clean. There are new upgrades throughout. The beds and sitting areas are very comfortable. We especially LOVED the sectional as it was spacious, comfortable and firm! We also appreciated having two bathrooms--BONUS! My husband and I slept upstairs and we both agreed a window cover for that area would be nice for greater privacy. A light for the staircase leading to the second floor would also have been helpful. The washer/dryer unit was important for us as this was the second part of a 12-day trip. With regard to the kitchen, it is well equipped for light meal prep but I could not see making major meals for a family (there were two adults and two children in our party). The pans are new but they are not heavy-duty pots and pans (which are best suited for cooking significant meals on a gas stove). There also is not a garbage disposal or dishwasher (which was fine as we generally ate at the nearby restaurants and with our family who we were visiting). The microwave was also on the smaller side (i.e., a standard plate could not fit inside the microwave) but fine for the kitchen itself. The internet and TVs worked great. The backyard is fenced and great for families, although there is not any seating. We experienced some trouble with the side door but with a little more effort we were able to manage. Marisol was responsive to my call regarding the door. Overall, this is a really great rental and we were truly satisfied. We would happily return again and again and again!! We are thankful to have found such a lovely rental.
