"My husband, son and I stayed there for a lacrosse tournament at Stony Brook. The apt. was very clean and perfect for 2-3 people. The AC is run by the main house and when it got a little warm the first day I reached out to Stu and he and his wife quickly lowered the temp for us and it was perfect. Cute neighborhood-we visited Stony Brook village, Port Jeff and Sunken Meadow Park in our off time. Last year we stayed in Patchogue which was nice but we enjoyed the North Shore this year. "Great place, perfect if youre going to the amphitheater and may have a couple drinks, because the walk there and back is not bad at all. Only thing was we were wondering what the earplugs were for, and being so close to the ocean, the seagulls were obviously what they were for. All jokes aside, I highly recommend. It was clean and cozy, and really convenient for our concert"
