"Everything about this place was as advertised!"

"Very clean. Easy to get to. Listing as described. Bed and furniture are nice and comfy. Only thing I would add is a broom and dust pain and some Clorox wipes so guest can keep it neat. 5 stars! Very nice host. "

"First of all the pictures didn't do this place any justice. I love the layout and size of this place, the rooms are spacious, the living room and dining areas are perfectly organized, and the kitchen and bathroom are huge, and everything we're cleaned and nothing out of place. Excellent job by host, nothing I can think of improving. I will definitely try booking this place again when I get the dates of our next event next year."

"Im local to the area and just needed a place near downtown Fairfield for the week. Place was everythig I expected. Apartment was clean, check-in was easy, and owner was communicative and helpful when needed."

"The location was great. Beaches restaurants and shopping nearby.Unfortunately the yard was in need of a haircut and cleaning of debris to be pet friendly. Upon opening the door and walking in the floors in every room sagged extremely along with a musty smell. Sleeps up to four but only seats 2 in the living room and 3 in the kitchen. Front door had paper held up by magnets for curtains.It needs some TLC!"

"Beautiful clean upstairs apartment with a private entrance. Very quiet neighborhood with a small park across the street. Karen, the homeowner who lives downstairs is a wonderful person. The place was perfect for what I needed amd the location was great."
