"It was a lovely stay. Great hosts. I’m not sure that the listing is entirely clear…it is an 2nd floor apartment created within the historic Edwardian home. The unit was modern, spacious, comfortable, and clean. There is one closed bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen/living area where there is a lofted twin bed. The owners are in the process of making improvements (new locked gate, window repairs needed), so if you’re ok with using AC and not windows, the stay is comfortable. The outside of the home...

"Great location - really close to Old Mill Park, DipSea Steps, and Equator Coffee. The large dedicated parking spot makes it super easy for even the largest vehicles to fit. Host was great! Felt really clean, and the gas fire feature in the backyard was a bonus. Nice warm gas fireplace really helped out at night as well. Super quiet area, and has a new full size washer and dryer onsite. Would love to stay here again!!!"

"We had just a short stay but it was very comfortable and relaxing. The space is cozy and the hot tub was great to use. Communication was great, I definitely felt able to reach out if we had any problems. I found the other reviews on here helpful for knowing exactly what the space would be like and grounding expectations."
