Yes, standard changeover clean included. However if the final clean goes over 16 hours, €15 per additional hour will be taken from the security deposit to cover added time. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of £400/week (to be paid to OT prior to travel).
