"Cottage was small but cute and comfortable. Perfect for 2-4 people. It is perfect location for shopping, restaurants and the ferry, and very easy to get around the area but in a very quiet area so great to relax. May be a bit more hectic during summer but everything was very accessible and close. Lovely view from deck. Wish there was easier access to the water other than the dock but very marshy and overgrown so no access but still nice to view from the deck and dock. Would consider a return...

"Our final weekend of summer was spent at this little gem of a cottage. The house was lovely, cozy and clean upon arrival. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The beach was a 5 minute drive away. The hostess was so attentive to every text I sent. She also left us multiple treats for the adults and my son. A fantastic way to finish up the summer. We would go back in a heartbeat!"

"We enjoyed our stay, I wish we had been in the front unit - that unit had a wonderful full water view. This back unit is very tight, my suggestion for the owner is to remove some of the Knick knacks - the space is so tight, it was hard to move around with such big furniture and stuff. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay. "

"We came for our daughter’s graduation and the location was perfect for us as she lives 15 minutes walking from the cottage. The cottage is clean and has everything we needed. Walking to the beach was wonderful, we walked to the coffee shop and the restaurants. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. It is a very comfortable space, and yes, the bathroom is small, but it is functional and everything is there. Also, it’s priced fair. I will definitely book again if we come back. "Great location, hot shower, comfy beds, clean beach house, sm back porch with some privacy. Futons need to tossed into the garage, extremely uncomfortable. I tolerated the neighbor working (putting up shingles) (nail gun and table saw) on his house all day long Saturday, but when he started again on early Sunday morning, I was upset. Not very neighborly. That really ruined my Sunday morning quiet coffee on the porch at the beach theme for me. Thank you Gisele"

"Very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful little cottage. Being our first time in RI, its location gave us easy access to Middletown and Newport, as well as a 30-40 minute drive to the Providence area. We loved the seclusion the cottage offered. Enjoyed the back deck and outdoor shower everyday. Short drives to local beaches and the bird sanctuary."
