"As others have said, it's near an intersection, gas station, and busy street, but it's still a great location. You can walk to Bowen's Warf in 20 minutes, there's a bike/walking path behind the house into town, or cut through the Common Burial Ground over to Spring Street.It's extremely clean and has a full kitchen and a washer and dryer in the basement. It's older, with old appliances and nice wooden floors - definitely nothing fancy, but very Newport in its own way. Nice shower.My only...

"The cottage met all our needs. It is nestled between two marinas and in a quiet neighborhood. It is small but very efficient. One of the marinas has a small restaurant for breakfast and lunch and the owner of the restaurant is super friendly. Sitting out on the deck in the warm sun was lovely. We enjoyed our stay. "

"Had a wonderful time. Caroline was an amazing host. House is easy walk to beach and the beach cart and chairs provided were so helpful. Nice private ish yard and plenty of space to store outdoor beach stuff such as boards and chairs. This is a newer rental so we just recommend a few things such as outdoor table with umbrella, a privacy solution for the shower, and a few more kitchen items. Overall this is a wonderful beach house to rent for a long weekend! Thank you!"
