Hats off to The Dormer House! I love the Victorian Era. Nancy gave a warm greeting and checked on all guests. All staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay comfortable. The breakfasts were homemade and absolutely delicious every morning (I could count on the delicious coffee as well!). Cleanliness, central location to the beach and shopping, and convenient parking are all a plus. I will definitely return to The Dormer House.

"A little walk to Washington Street, but the shuttle was such a great help. Not only is it across the street from the beach, but they have complimentary chair and and umbrella service! I have nothing bad to say about this hotel, it was truly a great experience and I would definitely return. "
"It was very centrally located, very clean and nice. A little outdated but we didn’t have to drive anywhere and across from the beach . I would stay there again"
"Great place. Staff super friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was simple and yummy and all we really needed. The quiche hit the spot for me. I did, however, crave some decadent breakfast since we were away on vacation. But this was still all we needed. (So I could have more drinks and ic cream later!!)"
"STUNNING property. They're planning on finishing their upgrades and even with an older wing stay it was a truly beautiful stay. Only con was the wifi was not ideal. It was spotty and sometimes outright not working. Other than that grounds, staff, restaurant were TOP TIER "
"We enjoyed and nice family vacation at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, staff super friendly and helpful. The shuttle and use of beach chairs/umbrellas with set up from staff added a nice touch. Will definitely come back again! "
"The staff at this hotel particularly Sammy at the pool is amazing. He watches over the pool area as if it were his own cherished home- keeping it clean, rushing to exchange towels, etc.
The rooms in the hotel are not fancy but very clean . We had a suite with a balcony and the balcony was big enough to sit outside. "
"Excellent option for families! Convenient location to the beach and walking distance to all area attractions. Love the beach service, no need to pack towels or beach chairs. The pools were both fantastic! Will definitely return!"
