There was not enough parking. Last night, in the rain, I had to park 2 streets over (Franklin and Kearney). There is not an elevator, and its tough if your put on the third floor. I understand victorian charm, but the place needs updated. There was a humming/buzzing sound-not sure what that was. I noticed a little peeling paint. I did not eat in the restaurant, so I can't comment on that. The shame of it is the property is rather conveniently located. Also, at least in my room, no fridge or tv, and only one ice machine in the whole place on the first floor. Again, being on the third floor makes this a little inconvenient. No offense, but I was glad to leave today.
