"Beautiful place to stay. I will be staying at the Lokal again. Short walk to beach, stores, restaurants....perfect location. If we needed anything, just a text away. Place was clean and I especially loved the heated pool. Nice balcony with table and chairs. Washer and dryer was a plus. We stayed with 5 people and having two bathrooms was a dream come true:) Thank you for a nice time away. "

"Stayed here late December 2025. IMMACULATE cleanliness through the entire property. Every staff member we made contact with was friendly and polite. Front desk, housekeeping, maintenance crew, EVERY employee made us feel welcome. The room was spacious. On arrival, it was perfectly clean. Daily housekeeping didn't slack either - they were diligent about keeping up with cleanliness. The oceanfront view from the balcony is delightful. All three hotels were priced similarly, but the experience could not have been more different. I rated the other two one star due to serious issues with cleanliness, noise, and lack of basic services like room service. The Madison Resort is a true five-star experience.
