This property is located on the shore of Lake Michigan.
It's just minutes away from shopping, dining, Blue Chip Casino and much more!

You will be provided with a unique code for the front door key box, that is valid during your stay. You will have the entire left side of the duplex to yourself. Please, do not try to access the other side through adjoining door or enter the basement. There is a deck that you can enjoy. Be mindful, the deck is a shared space with the other unit. If you use the grill, you will need to scrape the grates when finished.

On the beach of Lake Michigan, this 2 bedroom "Cottage", with full bathroom, is the escape you're looking for. The sounds of the shore and view of the lake are just what you need.
Upon entering, to the right, you're greeted by a large, welcoming living space. Beyond that are a dining area and kitchen. The big 3 seasons porch has potential extra sleeping, weather permitting. The bedrooms and bathroom are to the left side of the property.
Although, you'll probably want to spend most of your time out of doors, there are games and books and cozy seating for the evening or a rainy day.

The property is approximately 3 miles from the New South Shore train station.

There is limited Uber and Lyft service for the area.
