IMPORTANT GUEST INFORMATION:

* A $100 deposit per night of your stay is required.

This deposit covers the following:

- Resort Fee: $35 per night
- Valet Parking Fee: $35 + tax per night
- Administration Fee: $10 per night

Any unused portion of the deposit will be applied toward incidentals or refunded at check-out.

Please note: The resort manages these rates, and they may update them without immediate reflection on our listing.

* Age limit: 21+

* Just a heads-up: There’s some ongoing construction in the area. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’re here to ensure your stay remains as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Thank you!

* Pack 'n Play / Travel Crib: A Pack 'n Play (travel crib) is available upon request for an additional fee of $100. Please let us know at least one week before your arrival if you’d like it prepared for your stay.

* While we cannot guarantee early check-in, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request if availability allows. A $80 early check-in fee applies and is subject to availability. Please confirm with us at least one day before your arrival.

* Late check-out is available for $80 for two extra hours, subject to availability. Please confirm with us at least one day before your departure.

*Optional housekeeping is available for $128 + tax.

* Smoking Policy: please be aware that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, as well as on balconies, backyards, or front yards (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will incur a $500 penalty. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our space enjoyable, healthy, and safe for everyone. Thank you for your understanding.
