Our sleek, modern condo is situated in a prime downtown Miami location, offering easy access to everything! Within minutes, you can be at Bayside Marketplace, Brickell City Centre Mall, the Wynwood Arts District, Miami Beach, South Beach, and more. Not only are you surrounded by some of the best Miami has to offer, but you’ll also enjoy top-notch amenities right at home.



LIVING ROOM

Take the elevator to the 25th floor and step into a haven of comfort and style. Enjoy 1,278 sq ft of luminous living space and stunning views. The sitting area, featuring a Smart TV with cable service and a cozy sofa that converts into a double bed for additional guests, promises relaxation. Open the floor-to-ceiling glass doors and step out onto your private balcony, where you can have a seat and take in the fresh air.



DINING AREA

There’s a comfortable dining table for sit-down meals. The table also doubles as a laptop-friendly workspace, and with reliable WiFi, this place is great for digital nomads and long-term stays.

BEDROOMS

At the end of a full day, retire to the bedrooms for a restful sleep. The first bedroom has a plush king bed. Each room has an ensuite full bath outfitted with high-end fixtures and quality towels. One bathroom features a soaking tub perfect for de-stressing, while the other has a walk-in shower. We’ve also included some basic bath essentials and a hair dryer for our guests.



PRIVATE BALCONY

Open the floor-to-ceiling glass doors and step out onto your private balcony, where you can have a seat and take in the fresh air.



LAUNDRY

For added convenience, there’s a laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer.



BUILDING AMENITIES

Guest Access:

Check-in is in person at the front desk with one of our on-site representatives. Please share your exact arrival time in advance. The mandatory resort fee of $38.50 USD + VAT per night, paid at check-in, gives you full access to all building amenities.

You’ll be in a prime location in downtown Miami, surrounded by great shopping, restaurants, cultural sites, and event venues like Kaseya Center! Bayside Marketplace is just a 7-minute walk away, South Beach is a mere 5 miles away, and the Wynwood Arts District is only 2 miles away. Additionally, you’ll be close to the Port of Miami and convenient public transportation options (Metromover/Metrorail).



Getting Around:

The condo is located approximately 7.5 miles from Miami International Airport (MIA). Valet parking is available onsite for a fee.

Important Information for Your Stay at The Gale Hotel & Residences



• Downtown Miami is experiencing significant growth, so minor construction inconveniences may be expected.

• Due to building regulations, food delivery services (such as Uber Eats, Rappi, etc.) are not allowed to go up to the apartment. Guests must meet their delivery at the front desk or building entrance



Resort Fee & Amenities

• A mandatory Resort Fee of $38.50 USD + VAT per night is due at check-in and must be paid directly to the front desk. This fee provides access to premium amenities, including multiple pools, a fitness center, yoga studio, pool bar, specialty dining, lounges, and more. Please note: This fee is set by the hotel and is not affiliated with the host.



Check-In & Identification

• Check-in is done at the front desk with assistance from one of our on-site representatives.

• Guests must provide their exact arrival time to avoid delays. (After 11 p.m., check-in is an additional $50 fee. If guests arrive more than 30 minutes after the scheduled time, an additional $35 fee will apply.)

• A valid government-issued ID may be required at check-in or during your stay.

• Guests must be 21 or older to book this accommodation.

• A signed Rental Agreement is required upon booking confirmation.

• Depending on the booking platform, a refundable security deposit may be required.



Guest Policy

• Only the guests listed in the reservation are permitted to stay.

• Any visiting guests must be greeted in person by the main guest on the reservation.

• The front desk will not allow access to unidentified guests.



Deliveries & Packages

• You’re welcome to receive packages during your stay at Natiivo. The building will hold them for you at a $5 daily fee. Please note this is fully managed by the building and not by Lua Host, so we do recommend avoiding deliveries when possible. If you do need something sent, this option is available.

• Food deliveries must be received by guests in the designated area next to the front desk.



House Rules

• No smoking of any kind inside the condo. ($300 fine plus a $100 cleaning fee).

• No drug use or illegal activity is permitted on the property.

• No parties, events, or loud noise after 10:00 PM.



Cleaning & Damages

• Cleaning service is available upon request for an additional fee – please let us know in advance.

• Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive mess. (An extra $100 cleaning fee may be applied if necessary).



Pets & Children

• Pets are not allowed.

• Pack 'n Play cribs for an extra fee, subject to availability – please request in advance.



Building Amenities & Services

• Some amenities, including on-site restaurants and select wellness spa services (e.g., sauna, massages, facials), may incur additional charges and are subject to hotel administration rules.

• Valet parking is available on-site for an additional fee.

• For your safety, outdoor security cameras are in place around the property.

• Please note: The building is operated by an independent management company. Any building-related issues are outside of the host’s control.

• We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive, like trash bags, some toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. These items are not replenished; when you run out you’ll need to purchase more.
