The Blairgowrie Beach House

An absolute charmer

This delightful cottage is the perfect seaside getaway.
A beach holiday just like they used to be, this lovely home is nestled amidst ti-tree and enjoys an easy, relaxed ambience throughout. Configured for maximum flexibility, 3 good-sized bedrooms include master with queen bed, 2nd bedroom with queen sized double and another Queen in the 3rd bedroom. As complement to reverse cycle heating/cooling, the wood fire in the welcoming living area is perfect for lazy winter evenings whilst café-style bi-folds reveal a sun-drenched garden deck for stylish summer entertaining. There’s an oven and microwave in the open-plan kitchen/meals and the 2 bathrooms features separate shower, bath and toilet located off a well-fitted laundry. Fully fenced with an undercover BBQ area/carport, this property is ideal for safe children’s play, pets plus secure car parking. Come and visit soon, we are just a leisurely stroll from the scenic coastal tracks and rock pools at Bridgewater Bay, Blairgowrie’s child-friendly bay beach, popular cafes and Yacht Club and just a short drive to choice golf courses, nearby local wineries, Sorrento shopping and the Peninsula’s famous Hot Springs.

Delightfully decorated holiday home with comfortable facilities for a relaxing family break. Our host was very responsive and supportive to all our queries. We enjoyed walks around the neighbourhood and could comfortably access beaches on foot in under 15 minutes. Thank you.

Lovely Christmas Break

Pauline's house had a lovely feel & style. The garden was relaxing & location amazing. Short walk to the back beach & a pretty easy walk to the front beach & Blairgowrie shops as well. Can't wait to stay there again. Thanks again Pauline.

Perfect family beach-side break

Our family really needed a break together and this property ticked all the boxes. Clean and comfortable with lovely linen and decor. The location was ideal for us - halfway between the front and back beaches. We had a happy time with our dogs at the dog-friendly beach. The weather was perfect so we made the most of the BBQ and deck. I imagine it would be cosy in winter too - we didn't need to use the fire place this time. We had a great weekend. Thank you Pauline!

Amazing Beach House

This is one of the best beach houses I have stayed in the location is perfect 5-10 minutes to the back beach and 10-15 to the main beach and shops. Pauline was so helpful great and easy to communicate with, they have all the amenities you need for a great break. Will be booking this house again for sure

Perfect weekender!

We had the most enjoyable stay at The Beach House! The house was immaculate and Pauline's communication prior made check-in abreeze. There were beautiful touches throughout the house and to arrive to the fire lit was the perfect start to our weekend away. The house is in a great location - walking distance to all you need, and the yard was fantastic for our dogs. The outlook amongst the ti-trees is beautiful and a good-sized deck/bi-fold doors to bring the outside in. I would highly recommend this house for a relaxed weekend away, and we hope to be back here soon!

Cosy, easy, relaxing and convenient location.

We would definately recommend staying at this beach house. Its very cute, and cosy with the fire and good heating for cold winter nights. Great location to run on the back beach trails, and walk to the front beach, cafes and supermarket. Its a short drive to Sorrento. But, you actually don't need to drive as everything is in the house or walking distance. Highly recommend 👍

Absolutely perfect!

This property was perfect in every way. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, with everything just a short walk away. The house was cosy, clean and big enough for our family to relax and enjoy a much needed getaway. The owner Pauline was lovely and really helpful with anything or any question we had. I would highly recommend this beautiful house for anyone who wants a relaxing getaway with everything at your finger tips!!

Fantastic beach house

We had a great time at the beach house. Everything we needed for the week was at hand, the house was airy and light-filled; clean and very comfortable and within walking distance of both Bridgewater-Bay, the front beach and shops. The deck was a fantastic area to relax and have meals. It was good to have our dog join us for a few days and know the property was safe and fully fenced. Pauline was easy to communicate with and very accommodating,(thanks Pauline).

Great location, walking distance to shops and beach

Comfortable beach house nestled in the tea tree. We had a cozy stay over a rainy weekend. Easy walk to the shops, cafes and lovely front beach. Great deck out the front for warmer weather. Perfect for our family of four.
