"Everything about this Inn was as described, pictured, and more. Beautiful inside and out. The Victorian charm was warm and inviting, outfitted with all modern necessities. Smooth checkin and out. Welcome package was a nice touch! Property manager communication was prompt and helpful. The overall accommodation was very pleasant. Clean, spacious and comfortable. We also enjoyed the private, individual patio. Ample parking. Easy walk to shops and the beach/boardwalk. I would definitely stay again!"

"It's a good location, easy drive to the beach and pier, on a dead-end street in a quiet neighborhood. New interior finishes, so like-new condition. Approach is a little tricky... you have to walk down a small grassy embankment to get to the entry door (rear of the building), which wasn't obvious at first but owner answered our call and us direction. Not a destination-kind-of-stay but perfectly adequate for a place to shower and sleep. Has a small deck with a garden hose to wash the sand off. "

"The property and guest house were beautiful. Stunning view of the water. Perfect location to launch a boat and keep on the dock for a long weekend. Hosts, neighbors, and locals were all so friendly and gave us many suggestions on activities and places to go. Spent most of our time crabbing in the Wicomico river. Wish we could have stayed longer! Hope to stay again soon!"

"We had the pleasure of staying here for a mini getaway. Just a couple of nights. Everything about it was perfect! The condo was spacious, clean, and the decor was lovely. The view of the river and pier was amazing and the patio was actually large enough to enjoy it (see photos). Most notably for me though was that the bed and pillows were so darn comfy! Best nights sleep in a while. The condo is located right next to (and on top of) a couple of restaurants, with others being within walking...

They didn't respond to messages on the app or calling their personal number directly, didn’t respond to Vrbo employees either when they tried to contact the owner. Had to get a hotel last-minute after giving them three hours past the scheduled check-in time to respond. Incredibly frustrating and inconvenient as I was looking for somewhere to stay with my infant daughter after our house was packed up as we're...

"If my 6 words didn’t summarize my stay, allow me elaborate. I had a wonderful time at the Manor. I traveled by myself so the room was perfect! It looks exactly like the posted pictures. Julie did a great job thinking of everything someone would need. My stay was rainy but it didn’t stop me from venturing out. I enjoyed being greeted by the chickens and I was able to get some beautiful pictures of cardinals on the property. The manor is perfect situated off the side road of a main road. You...
