"Crystal was just a cool person to get to know. All the staff were great! Loved having 24 hour access to the pool and spa! I expected to just have a place to stay for the night. I did not excpect to have fun too. The recent remodel created a nice, warm ambiance. Well done!"

Parking lot is snow plowed completely. Advertising in lobby gives lots to do in the area and surrounding states. Close to Spokane Valley and gas is very cheap "

"Immaculately clean hotel, with very spacious and well equipped rooms. Everything is comfortable and I liked the parking garage feature, overall I had a good experience. I will recommend getting a room on the top floor if sounds bother you, we could hear a lot of steps from our upstairs neighbors. Also the breakfast was $11 (all you can eat). "

"The experience itself was okay. We stayed there just because of the kitchen, since we have a lot of food restrictions, I have to cook most of the time. The room smelled like weed, but look... it is a cheap cheap long term stay. The floors could use a better treatment, it was pretty dirty. What i liked the most was, they fixed things really fast, kudos to the team. The heating wasn't working... they went there and fixed right away, the stove was not working, they sent someone real fast. I was...
