"Booked last minute got a very nice clean room but a sticky floor. Probably from too much cleaner. Fresh cookies in the lobby very helpful gentleman at the desk. Luggage rake was small and a little difficult to maneuver but the in room amenities were great"

"We stayed only one night and had a function to go to so we weren't there much, and had to leave at 8:00 AM. We asked for a quiet room since we are light sleepers-and were pleased that the room was quiet. The carpet one the stairs and hallway was worn and didn't look as though it hadn't been vacuumed in awhile. In our room there was a candy wrapper on the floor between the bed and nightstand and more wrappers in the drawer of the nightstand, which made us wonder if how much attention was...

"From the exceptional customer service of every one we encountered, to the great hot breakfast (cold is also available if that’s your jam), to the laundry where you can pay with card or Apple Pay (a huge plus), and the impeccably clean room, this stay was first rate all the way! I felt safe the whole time. There is underground parking for when the weather is temperamental. And I honestly felt close to everything. Will definitely stay there again!"

"The staff were fighting at the front desk so it took over 10 minutes to check in. Literally arguing in front of us at customers."

"It is not easy looking for a room to fit a family of 6 but the room was perfect for us. I loved it had a pool for the kids hot tub for parents. Breakfast was great. Staff was super helpful when I needed anything. The most Important thing to me is that it was clean! It was beautiful inside and looked new."

"In house restaurant closed most if open hours , closed early on sunday at 8:13 , head person in restaurant stated they closed warly due to lack of business, and that ge was having cocktail hour for his employees, hmmmm, hotel liability insurance? Room was not clean , old fixtures and unpainted surfaces, dirty stained carpet, outside patio area was bird poop and dirt, windows couldn’t see thru due to stains ."

"I don't understand why they would have a kitchen facility without any pots, pans, plates and utensils. Are you so worried that guests will steal them? You could have a fee for guests to rent what they need for their stay and wash them up before they leave. Having the large fridge and freezer was great seeing we had food with us in a cooler. But we couldn't fix anything."

"Check in was great, Room was fresh and clean and even had a nice view of the Spokane River. We have stayed at this many times over the years and it continues to impress us. Management and entire staff obviously care about the grounds, building and customer experience because it's always exceptional."

"This was definitely a bargain. This Comfort Inn location is clean, well maintained and comfortable. I stayed with my dog and she was just as happy with the place (She has been very nervous on this road trip). Absolutely will be staying again if I overnight in Spokane again."
