"From the exceptional customer service of every one we encountered, to the great hot breakfast (cold is also available if that’s your jam), to the laundry where you can pay with card or Apple Pay (a huge plus), and the impeccably clean room, this stay was first rate all the way! I felt safe the whole time. There is underground parking for when the weather is temperamental. And I honestly felt close to everything. Will definitely stay there again!"

The window in our room provided virtually no sense of safety or security, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. "The staff were fighting at the front desk so it took over 10 minutes to check in. Literally arguing in front of us at customers."

"First room had dog hair in the bed and I cleaned towels. We moved to another room per request. The room was cleaner but still towels had long brown hair wrapped in it. And housekeeper guy was a bit creepy. Front desk was kind and accommodated our family for breakfast. Price is good for what you experience."

"Oxford Suites has great staff. Warm and friendly, ready with anything you need. Really enjoy the bar and hot meal after a long day driving. It is well located with easy access to anything in the Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Post Falls and Coeur d'Alene. We will stay here again!"

When we arrived to checked in the person suppose to be at the front counter was rude and sitting at a table on his cell phone.
