"Property was nice, clean. Could use a loveseat. Very walkable area & places to eat/drink. Check in was cumbersome. Glad the front desk attendant was helpful. Our code wouldn't unlock the apartment door and had to call for help & got a new door code."

"I have to say the rooms, furnishings & cleanliness were nice ....except 2 hot dogs & a gross pizza box were inside the microwave. Out mission in Cleveland was for our daughters heart procedure at Cleveland Clinic. When we were up at 5am, I went to make coffee and the coffee can was empty. ( the coffee was replaced the night before we left but power outage prevented us from making any). We gathered our belongings & headed to stairs. My daughter could not carry/ lift due to post op orders)...

"Instructions for entry to the apartment were clear and easy to follow, and the photos were very helpful. The entire space was well represented in the pictures of the space. We chose the apartment to fit with places we planned to visit, all of which were within easy travel."

"First of all the property is not as described. I would call it embellished, we decided not to stay. So it's hard to comment on what would have happened had we done that. But first impressions well it was a little confusing to get in, then once we got in, the overwhelming smell and smoke of marijuana in the atrium of the building left us a little high. "There was everything that someone could need and more. The location in te city was great. Clean bed, we slept great even if the bed was kinda stiff. The bathroom smelled weird, the shower was dirty and the door wasn’t really functional. The neighborhood was a little sketchy. But would book again !"
