"The hotel Staybridge suites was excellent. Very clean, updated, comfortable bed with a sofa as well. The best part was the free breakfast. Krisha was the person that worked with a couple of others to prepare a delicious breakfast every morning. She was so sweet, provided excellent customer service and greeted us like we were family every morning. I was shocked at the healthy choices. They served healthy foods, like oatmeal, eggs, blueberries, cranberries, strawberries, yogurt, fresh fruit,...

"O hotel Americas Best Value Inn - Cleveland Airport, segue o padrão simples da rede. Mas apesar disso tem alguns benefícios que na minha opinião compensam: estacionamento grátis, wi fi, cafe da manha., translado para o aeroporto.
o apartamento tem um bom tamanho, com duas camas de casal ( acomodo ate 4 pessoas tranquilamente)

"I had stayed at the worst La Quinta the night prior (look at my review of the Madison Wisconsin location) so i was really apprehensive about this stay. But i gotta say it was a total 180 friendly staff the 2 guys at the desk were very welcoming, decent mattress and clean room. For the price in a metro city definitely a good deal."
"Check in was outstanding when we arrived around 1900. However, for anyone who decided to check in after 2200, there was quite a long queue, so I imagine that there might be some complaints regarding inadequate front desk service"

No dia q cheguei, estava tendo um casamento ou algo similar e ficou uma barulheira até bem tarde, mal consegui dormir.
Achei o hotel desorganizado, decadente.
A localização é ótima, dá pra ir para vários pontos turísticos a pé.

"The location of this hotel really cannot be beaten. If you are looking to be in the downtown area without the headache of parking downtown and the astronomical pricing, this is the hotel for you as its just a short drive to downtown Cleveland. Our room was clean and comfortable and we liked that there was free hot coffee, muffins, Danish, fruit, yogurt etc. in the morning. Free WIFI and parking was great as well. This will be my go to hotel anytime I need to be in the Cleveland area. "

I could not take a bath...i had to take a shower..for some reason they have the shower button set and stuck in the upward position..I have a bad back and hip so standing up in the shower was very...

Mentor is a bigger city just 10 minutes away. Great options for restaurants and grocery stores.
Too bad they didn't have a mini-fridge in the room. It would make our life easier, as we had medication that was temperature controlled.
