"We stayed one night here and really enjoyed it. The parking pass was a huge plus and feels essential for this part of the city. The host was easy to communicate with and quick to help with the couple of small issues we ran into.The location is hard to beat: close to the Fed area without being right in the middle of the commotion. The only thing to note is that the upstairs bedrooms got a little warm, though we were there on a hot summer night. Overall, a great stay and we’d happily recommend it."

"Bedbugs in the beds and when asked about didn’t help and refused to do anything and then proceeded to come to the house and stalk us."

"This was an AMAZING fine. Grace cottage was so perfectly located where literally everything is walkable and convenient parking for 2 cars. The host, Lisa, was so responsive and just the sweetest. It is clear they want you to have a wonderful time with the cottage being stocked with almost anything you could want and plenty of fans even with having ac which was amazing with having two little ones with us. We are already planning to return!"

"We very much enjoyed our stay. The location can't be beat, right in the middle of everything, and yet with dedicated parking and a nice private outdoor area. We love quirky old townhouses like this, and it was in excellent condition with all the modern amenities, plus the hosts have a very nice sense of style that we appreciated. We wouln't hesitate to stay here again, or recommend it to family and friends."
